從英國抵港需持病毒陰性證明

想問不是用機場檢測而又成功回港的，請問lab report & fit to fly Certificate 上是否需要寫明日期時間？因我仔學校介紹果間話只會寫日期，不會寫時間，我怕航空公司唔認可

Agent 建議出機場做快速测試前一兩日係學校附近centre做一个简单檢测先，
呢個方法很不錯

政府要求：

https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/high-risk-places.html

一份由化驗所或醫療機構發出的中文或英文報告，當中載有相關到港人士姓名（所載有的姓名須與相關到港人士的有效旅遊證件所示姓名相同），並顯示以下資料：

相關到港人士已接受一項2019冠狀病毒病核酸檢測，而檢測樣本是在飛機的預定起飛時間前72小時內，取自相關到港人士的；

對該樣本進行檢測的是2019冠狀病毒病核酸測試；及

相關到港人士的2019冠狀病毒病的檢測結果呈陰性；及

如相關報告並非採用中文或英文或並無載有上述所有資料，須額外提交一份由該化驗所或醫療機構發出的中文或英文確認書，載有相關到港人士姓名（所載有的姓名須與相關到港人士的有效旅遊證件所示姓名相同）及全部上述資料，並與報告一併呈交；及

一份中文或英文的證明文件，以顯示該化驗所或醫療機構屬ISO 15189認可，或獲所在的地方的政府的有關主管當局承認或核准；及

相關到港人士在香港酒店預訂房間的中文或英文確認書，其租住期間為自相關到港人士抵達香港當日起計的不少於14日。

剛在面書看到投訴：

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE VIVO TESTING!! The tests done in Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow are sent to a third party lab - called Randox Health in Northern Ireland.  VIVO are sooooo unprofessional and making a killing from saying their test is accepted by all airlines, (not true!) charging up front when you book (£149), no refund under ANY circumstances, hiding behind their small print, taking zero responsibility for a dreadful service, refuse to provide a certificate from lab, and tell you to contact the lab directly.  The lab (Randox) then - after huge effort! - send you something for various ISO numbers but NOT the required ISO 15189.  They are ISO 17025 certified and UKAS accredited, BUT seems this is not acceptable to BA... They say 15189 is only for hospitals! (so how come other non hospital labs are operating under ISO 15189??!)    My son is flying CX on Saturday from LHR, so less of a concern than BA that seems to be rejecting everything that is not exact!  However he is having a second test done to be absolutely sure he gets on the plane on Saturday! - through the Collinson test at the airport in T2 on Friday.  This is just soooo ridiculous!!

你好，有關Heathrow rapid test, 見你說應該是3張紙，我個女今天下午做測試，打算明天早上乘CX,已收到結果，但只是有2張紙，問了collinson 職員，他們都是說只有2張紙（第一張是test results, 第二張是certificate of registration)。請問你所說第二和第三張紙個subject是什麼呢？謝謝

我個女只是收到第2張，但底部沒有寫任何page (page 1 of 2)，所以可能改了沒有第3張紙，我會叫我個女明早再問問collinson，非常感謝你

不用客氣。

我是在11月2日做 test的，算是早期，Collinson 可能發覺每個旅客 print 3張紙唔化算，所以精簡內容 print 2張紙。

只要肯定有 test results 同 lab accreditation 就應該無問題，不用太擔心。

第1張紙test report 有寫，仲寫明測試得到香港衞生防護中心的認可。

而家諗返起，Prenetics 係我返到香港幫政府做Day 12 測試的 lab。
