Do you want a full time ayi?  My American client is referring an ayi to me, she is 50, just retired, lives in Hongqiao area. She is asking for Rmb1000/month, 7 hours/day.  But I think it's far for her to travel to my home, she has to change 2X buses.

By the way, have u feed her egg yolk yet? You could boil the egg and mix the egg yolk with cereal or congee. Or steam the egg yolk with water.

A little survey : A company can help you to track the background of your ayi (will provide official doc. from local police) the report will include, if her ID card is fake, her 'real' residence address, her financial background, her personal background (no crime).  The service charge is RMB1500.

Will you use this service?  If RMB1500 too much or just right?

P.S. I am selling my service to the above company but he has to find out if his service is workable before using my service.  Your feedback is welcome!

I am not bored, but busy and tired instead.  Anyway, almost to come back to Shanghai.  We will have a pleasure trip to Korea next week before returning to Shanghai.

I think you are an excellent mommy who always tries to provide the best to your son.  

For your survey, I don't think I will use the service.  It is expensive.  Also, it doesn't mean that I can have a good ayi working for me after receiving her positive record from that company.  This is only my point of view.

The service is only for someone who has hired a not bad ayi but not feeling safe to give the home key & taking care of kids (like my case).  We always afraid the ayi will take him to somewhere & unable to track her down.  Basically, it has nothing to do with she is good or not.  1500 is expensive too, I think I will pay 500 for that service.

I agreed with Joannek.  Safe or not is depends on what kind of valuable things you've kept with your home.  [My ex-ahyi (not fat woman) said our clothes are very valuable for them]  Of course we always worrying about kidnap, hence the best way to keep your own safety is, don't let her take care of the little one alone.  

Be honesty, even the ahyi has no criminal record and so on, who knows what she will do in future?! Why waste that money? RMB1500 is too expensive, I won't pay for it even a few hundreds.

Above is my personal opinion only.....

I am very busy in these few weeks. Packing things, having dinner with my friends, attending various meetings, letting or selling my premises.
Critic, I won't pay $1500 for that service as I may not believe the checking thing is real or not.I would rather hire a ahyi as recommeded from my friends.
Could any mom please tell me what is the routine immunisation  programme in SH?Little wing had told me the hep A and Japanese meningits , but what else?

Angela, infact, here the local immunisation schedule is more/less the same as HK one. But, there are two additional injections that we don't have in HK. First, China need the kids to have 日本腦炎 injection on their 1yr, 1.5yrs and 5 yrs old respectively. Also, there is one immunisation called 流行性脊椎膜炎 which required to be injected on 3yrs, 7yrs and 10 yrs old respectively.
