I saw some in Eng and some in Chi.  I wrote in Eng myself (my Eng is not very good but my Chi is worse).  I think you should write in the language you have more confidence in, be it Eng or Chi.  Otherwise, it will leave a bad impression if there are grammatical, spelling mistakes.
