first need to do the enhancement in original size (e.g. brightness and contrast), then check whether it is in RGB color (not indexed color) mode.

Sorry for late reply as I haven't login for few days.  I found my big-head photo already changed lu.  I guess BK just need time to change (may be need to logout and re-boot the computer, somehow).
