你O地選將軍澳還是旺角上學呀? 問過好多人都鐘意總校多D,選旺角區唔知會唔會機會大少少呢. 因為面試時老師都有再問我選那區上學.

Hi,

I ticked TKO only in the form, but they induced me to tick Mongkok as well during the interview (they said Mongkok school is decorated for lower form).  Finally we agreed to choose MK also.

I feel sorry to add MK now, since I dun't like the site.. no fresh air, many tall building surround and the location is bad .

以下係旺角分校既家長講，(佢個小朋友今年9月會入讀旺角分校小一).

校方提供了由專業公司發出的報告, 證明校內多個課室的嘈音都不高, 空氣質素達到"Good" 及 "Excellent" 的水平.

We have the interview on July 8 and my daughter was the one who cried in the beginning. She did not play the football game and just cried.....

The teacher brought her to me and later she has  the interview with a teacher and asked her a maths logic question as follow:

19, 18, 17, n, 15 and asked her what "n" should be?

Then the teacher gave 4 Eng. words and asked her to interpret them into english: 蘋果, 橙, and 2 more words that she did not know and even forget.

Then last gave her a piece of paper to write/draw anything she likes....

After the parents' interview, we picked her up and left the school. We calmed her down and comforted her because she was still very upset. So we paid no attention to the "stamp" at all.

After i read the comments about the stamp, i asked my daughter today and she just told that her stamp was a frog but we did not know the wordings about it.....

We dont have any expectation about the acceptance because of my daughter's performance------ crying.

Now, we assume our daughter "fail" this time, can we join the 第二階段小一收生程序? Will GT grant the second interview?

不可以的，因為基本上學校已set了所有小朋友名入電腦，如果第二階段收生輸入同樣的名和資料 (住址/父母名/電話/出生日期)會search得到。

我仔仔仍細, 不過我對優才很有興趣。我有一點擔心, 爸爸經常要出外工幹, 如爸爸不能出席interview, 是否差唔多無晒機會?

睇黎2nd round的interview唔係好同. 我B女又無印仔, 成班小朋友仲早過家長in完. 另外老師又趕又唔願意問問題, 只是問點解揀優才和B女在學校的表現. 感覺唔好, may not be my cup of tea.
BTW, 我個家庭醫生 (=校董...)話2nd round得20+位....

But the teacher asked many questions. And my kid told me that have 5 Chi, 5 Eng & 5 Maths asked her.   

Is it really only got 20+ seat in 2nd round for around 800 applicants?????

total 96 seats for 48 in MGK and 48 in TKO.....it is not surprising to have only 20+ seats for 2nd round :

在剛過的星期六面試完, 可能我9:30 IN 老師不是太趕, 還好像時常覺得我未講完.......

我記得是周老師見, (周素蓮?) 她很好笑容.
問了我3題,
1)介紹小朋友幼稚園的情況
2)你覺得以下什麼是最重要 (我根本聽唔清楚佢講什麼)
3)小朋友開心會點, 唔開心會點
我覺得自己答到9唔搭8, 唉!!!!!!!!

問小女就: 小女說老師對住佢微微笑, 覺得老師好好人.

1)叫咩名
2) 問了5個中文字(只是識花生), 5個英文字(全部唔識), 寫大, 明, 一
3)2條數學題 (都是10以內)
4)如果在水到浸襯, 邊個會來救你.
然後落操場玩, 見佢有張"你做得到"的貼紙.

都預了咁多人爭, 未必成功. 不過, 會安慰自己當係開放日去參觀, 又有KINDER曲奇蛋食!!
