from the application form:

1) is it nessary "the proof of home address" same as the one we submit to the Gov't?

please advise.

Thanks. Then my daughter have also one already which is as part of the passport. However, I thought that's solely for re-entry to HK.....

Btw, I also got the DGJS application yesterday afternoon. less than 1/2 hour. I plan to go in the morning however, changed mind, knowing that it would be a long quene.....

This year, DGJS does not accept profile anymore, only <5 pages document...
