入職/升職
Pharm
所有local pharm grad完成咗畢業後一年實習之後，可以apply resident pharmacist
如果想升上pharmacist，就要完成master (~2yr part time mode)，平均~80%嘅resident pharmacist都升到上pharmacist，所以好多人都係一完成intern就讀part-time master (一路返工一路讀)

Radio
所有local radio grad 一畢業就可以apply resident radiographer
(暫時嚟講)只要做夠三年，就符合資升職做Advanced practise radiographer，master is not a must



好唔好景？
Pharm
呢幾年係好景嘅，所以大部分人都入到自己想入嘅sector到做 (包括HA)
6/2024嗰一轉請咗~50個resident pharmacist，超過九成都係今年完intern嗰批，而10/2024又再開post請resident pharmacist
Manning/Watson or 其他NGO pharmacy都請緊人，salary range ~50000-70000，之後max.會唔會再加未知
藥廠嘅starting salary係相對上低啲嘅，所以都真係少啲人想做

Radio
呢幾年都keep住好景，預計未來10幾年應該都keep到好景
依家HA keep住長期recruit，但係係咪所有resident radiographer 一做夠三年就ensure升到職就唔肯定

例如 4科加權×10 餘下1科×7
LQ 318.5 → 7×10×4+5.5×7
加權前 五科33.5
加分前 五科29
舉隅 355*A+5*5*(物理 化學)+5*(M2)

港大生物醫學收生分數高
夠分入理大放射都未必夠入
有無考慮藥劑? 收分較低 專業較有保障

港大 生物醫學(JS6949)
2024 收生 UQ 41 中位 39 LQ 39
舉隅 六科34 355*A+5*5*5+5*
加分後 7×4+5.5×2=39

港大 藥劑(JS6494)
2024 收生 UQ 39 中位 39 LQ 37
舉隅 六科33 355*A+5*55+5*
加分後 7×3+5.5×3=37.5

係醫院做其實唔係剩係得派藥咁簡單

HA嘅pharm除咗daily routine 要verify/check/issue出院同住院嘅藥單外，都有唔少Clinical service要做 (尤其大院)，都有機會要上病房

Clinical service examples:
Ward pharm service，weekdays 0900-1700上某的ward (Medical ward, paedi ward, onco/hema ward, etc)做入院/轉院&出院嘅藥物整合, 有需要會做埋medication counselling

Paedi/Onco/Hema clinical pharm service

ID pharm 做Antibiotics TDM

PIVAS,整TPN, chemo & cytotoxic injection

Pharmacist clinic, e.g. 抗凝血藥clinic, DM clinic, 心臟衰竭clinic, Cardiovascular clinic, etc

當然唔同院有唔同service，scale都有大有細，大院自然會多啲/忙啲la(自然都會多啲機會做多啲clinical嘢)

你可以申請復旦大學及中山大學；其實競爭也是很大；不過可以努力！
