You can say so, but if one refused to talk, they might call it language problem that could actually be being too shy.
But generally speaking ESF is still relatively non-selective.

so luckily we changed to submit video instead of face to face, my boy is extremely shy.

印象中ESF和大部分IS在收生的要求上，算是寬鬆處理，如果認識校長，老師或學校工作人員，都可以酌情處理的，這些都沒有金錢瓜葛，卻有「俾面」存在。現在一位難求的情況下，難免有不良份子利用「酌情權」去作金錢交易。

大家都想子女好，入IS當然期望「品學兼優」，而非識講英文就大哂，父母去行賄時，有無考慮自己的「身教」問題，由day one已經向孩子清楚示範做人「無品」無問題嗎？定係只要無人知，就ok 啦！
