In PN ，小朋友得1歳多少少，呢個年紀小朋友，表現唔到，不一定發展有問題，表現到，也不一定特別精叻。全世界，沒有一個地方PN 都interview, 咁細個interview, 本身已經唔合理，現在香港人卻反變成，唔in 小朋友唔合理。

真值得大家深思。

No ar. I applied HKPS in the beginning, and there was an option to choose HARTS or PODS in case we don't have offer from HKPS. I ticked the box so I got offer from HARTS whilst being put on waitlist for HKPS.

I'm not sure about that. But Harts only has very little spaces like HKPS, we're just lucky to be able to get in.

我相信學校見家長同見小朋友係2個不同目的。

1）見家長，目的係了解家長平日教小朋友理念，方法，是否與學校理念相近，也讓家長從見面時間了解學校是否自己心目中合適學校。不一定學校選你，你也可選擇學校。

2）見學生，主要觀察小朋友能力或性格。以我自己小朋友為例，他是大B，絕對比其他小朋友有優勢，佢已經會說話，明白指令，基本禮儀已經學懂。

但如果只從面試表現決定收某個小朋友，可能其實係年齡分別決定表現。小朋友差3個月已經好大分別。

又以SH 為例，9月面試PN, 最細個B可能9－10個月，行都未得，同20個月那一個完全冇得揮。

所以我覺得PN 見小朋友等於playgroup 要interview 一樣，對細B太唔公平。

I support PN interview parents only. they need the parents to bring their children which means they have a chance to observe the children too. I think it pretty makes sense.
