14,F3.英文不過不失甘啦,financial burden就實有,不過應付到
Well, have you taken any IELTS, '英文不過不失' is your personal comment on yourself and I would suggest to have a public test to reveal the factual level.
Secondly, what do you mean '應付到', do you have any idea, how much money do your parents need to pay for your 'one year' normal expensive and hidden cost? From school to U grad, it takes at least seven to eight years. It takes at least 2M+++ if you are not a citizen/PR of UK.
From your questions, I believe you know nothing about studying oversea. I would suggest you to go to an honest and helpful agents to dig out some basic before moving on.
14 is too young for being a day student and lives on his/her own. I am not looking down on you but I do show concern on your safety and study. There are a lot of bad guys in UK, too. I have seen a loft of failure.
Do suggest you and your parents to go to the school fair held by British Council this weekend for some info. first.
FINALLY, if you think studying oversea for fun, freedom, get away from HK education system, easy to get into U etc, you are WRONG. UK have more chance, only for serious students. A lot of drop out from U, not just UK students, a lot of oversea and HK Chinese too.
Be a grown up and serious student, don't disappoint your parents after spending millions HKD and your time.
All the best.
