其實, 世上失敗的人仕, 往往比成功的多上千萬倍, 但奇怪的是, 我們的教育, 全最聚神於教孩子向前衝衝衝, 那麼嘗試衝衝衝但又失敗的孩子應如何自處呢? 我們的教育好像不太關心.

I have some new observations, and wish to have your views to test them. Am I correct to say that we always use examination results, interview results, as the goals, and by the time our children perform with no flying colors in those examinations, interviews, failures are failures and children know it is empty words for the parents to say "oh, it is okay; you have tried your best", whereas, in US, they use sports to build character. Children are asked to take pain and failure in the sports field. And it is easier for the chidlren to learn to stand up after defeats in sports field. Can I make these observations ?

怎樣處理失敗也應該是學習的一部份吧? 某程度上比怎樣處理成功更難、更重要

運動比賽是最好的"自強不息＂的訓練，宏觀學會面對成功失敗，事後學習失敗的原因，再站起來，努力練習為下一場比賽作預備。

微觀在處於劣勢時，如何咬著對手，永不放棄，改打法，暫停，讓自己有機會扭轉劣勢。

心態上，我會教孩子將視野看遠些，象投資股票，短線有波幅是常態，長期在上升軌便好。

實踐上，我通常用Plan-Do-Check-Act 的 Quality Improvement Cycle作基本，結果跟目標不接軌，分析原因，訂定改善方案，再實踐，向目標進步。

見到冇出路，請教有識之士，承認失敗，改變方向，從新出發。

經驗話我知，成功非僥倖，一步一腳印。
