點解你地o的小朋友咁叻？我個仔面試完問他剛才老師問他什麼，他只會答唔記得，我用盡辦法都只能夠問到一點 ...

不用過分緊張，雖然小孩說不記得，他們可能只是沒興趣答，其實他們的面試表現可以是很好的。take it easy.

其實我不是緊張他的表現，只是想面試後知道他被問的問題，跟大家分享一下，我知道他慣性是這樣答我們的，沒甚麼大不了 ... 我覺得只要他跟我說面試過程開心便足夠，其它的都看上天的安排。

Agreed，不應該公開小朋友面試內容，對早前面試咗的小朋友不公平。

老師問家長和學生的都是大路基本野。好似比考幼稚園還輕鬆，我見最後外籍老師玩遊戲嗰part都冇評分，小朋友和老師都好開心喎!

即是你去考會考.大家都去刨 past paper, ok, fine

但考試時,所有考生分四批,四天去考,而試題是一樣的.

你是第一天去考的,故今年的型式或題目有沒有改變都不知道,於是將所有範圍背誦一番.

你考完之後,想和其他同學討論一下.但其他三批考生,從你的討論中得知今年的型式和題目,便可以收窄範圍,只需要準備今年考的東西. 他們一定很多謝你的.

但和你一起第一天去考的,都要準備所有的範圍,還要在完全不知道型式的情況下去應試,你覺得沒問題嗎?

記得往年,好像是某名校吧,有人面試之後立即公開內容,即被其他已面試的家長圍插.

可能GT不是大家的首選，正如陳校長於當天說的，好多家長都是抱著＂報下先＂的心態，其實不太在意。

但可惜，小兒不才，資質平庸，每間學校都不能放過，機會少一個就是一個。

你們要鉅細無遺的把面試實況報導出來，沒有人可以阻止的。

我只可以期望以後我們都是最後一天面試那批，讓我們可以從已面試的家長的討論中得知今年的面試內容吧。

而這個面試時間的編排，又要講彩數了。

唉。。。。。

好無奈，好心做壞事，考試的內容只是間間學校最基本的問題，並不是這間學校專有題目，希望不要太緊張去應付這面試，小朋友應該是開心去面試，對於今次給人插，給人炳，真是不是味兒，以後要.

Anyone know when the final results shall be announced? I understand there's a conditional offer and may I know after accepted the conditional offer, meaning need to give up 自行同大抽獎? Please advise, thanks very much!!

我女都In 完, 但佢好似不識, 每次In完都不同爸爸媽媽說, 只是話不記得, 差不多22個人爭1個位, 平常心啦.

其實間間學校考的內容都是大同小異，我相信小朋友的表現是平日潛移默化的教導成果，無需過分著緊到時會問乜。平常心啦！

like on 17/8, yes, if u accept the conditonal offer, u must give up the 自行同大抽獎

since that's only conditional, as principal said the registration will be in June 2013 after finishing all classes, so no need to give up 自行同大抽獎.  A friend got conditional offer last year, can still 自行同大抽獎.

暫時in咗3間學校,覺得優才嘅安排最好,特別係要小朋友扮火車揸出課室果part真係唔錯,小朋友玩玩吓唔覺唔覺就離開嗲哋媽咪,之前in兩間小學都有小朋友驚到喊或者唔肯出去,呢間就無咁嘅情況,個個小朋友in完出嚟都有糖食,有盒細Lego,又有遊戲玩,個個都好開心,真係超讚
亞女話佢好鐘意呢間學校.......不過interview果陣老師問佢好多中文字佢都唔識,我諗都係無望啦

I think only those receive firm offers need to give up, for "1st waiting list", it is not a firm offer, if the school does not guarantee a seat on Aug 17, I think we still can participate in 自行收生 in September. Based on previous year's experience, school will usually confirm those 1st waiting list before 大抽獎, so definitely cannot participate in 大抽獎, because those students holding firm offers usually will apply other famous DSS schools such as DBS, DGJS, St. Paul Co-ed etc. and  these schools will release results in mid-end November or early December, so I guess holding 1st waiting list is relatively less painful if you have a good school to try at 自行收生階段. This is just my personal interpretation, correct me if I am wrong. Of course, like the headmaster said, those receiving waiting lists will have a very very slim chance to be accepted finally. Over 2200 applicants compete for 96 seats, I will just treat this interview as an experience gaining for my son and myself.
