我都覺得你真係過份緊張! 好似有D家長咁，周圍問喇沙/拔萃/SPCC邊間好，又問人拎定試卷.......其實都未有學校收，攪到個仔都緊張埋 !

我係想知實際做緊乜野

喇沙一直以來所教嘅野不算深也不算淺，跟教育署指引。以往由喇沙會修士主導。主張有教無類，互助互勉嘅 spirit, 谷學業不是主要。近年因多了香港人做校長，要交出表現，所以好多家長都擔心功課學業問題，包括我自已。

咁喇沙有乜特别，其實就是我指的 school spirit . 傳統地一代帶落下一代。政府津貼嘅學校，師資也不是高薪猛人，但佢地都受到喇沙文化感染，幫手孕育喇沙仔。很高興你校歌熟過我，但我不是說笑的，歌詞中的確是重點，熟同做吾做得到是兩回事。一切有幸得到各修土，舊生會及舊生的支援。更高興是小學家教會也是舊生主導，在各活動中更可加强 La Salle spirit.

呢種精神是每天校園生活跟老師，師兄，舊生，修士一點一滴地累積。可以話像 common sense 一樣，不是一個星期幾多堂便教得到.

喇沙仔何解咁叻?相信是 school spirit 激發到小朋友潛能吧。

課程真的冇乜特別，沒有特異教法。課本功作紙也很大路。就算有校際比賽，指導的也是常規老師。若你尋求奇招教學法，相信你會失望。

若成績真的重於一切，很多學校也做得到。

其實LSPS只係一間津貼小學, 課程指引都係跟教育局, 教學用書都係用大路出版社的, 你可以搵D教科書睇下就知課程內容係咩....當然學校係課程上都加左好多增潤課程, 但係其實都係一般學校會教既野......

I think the standard is higher than average as most parents are willing to pay attending to their kids.

May I know how many classes are there in P1?
And how many students per class in P1?
Is there any special class for more talented kids, or the other way round?
P1 exam and tests - got marks per subject or just grade only?
Also, do they give ranking (personally I don't prefer that) ?

Also, do they give ranking? have marks without ranking per subject, but have ranking in class in respect of the total average marks

First 20 in class should be safe for secondary then, as some one said 70% got promoted?

The other thing is that one musical instrument and one sport is mandatory or not? Is piano counted? How about sports, is it OK if it is not swimming?

There will be a swimming test at P6 . All kids need to swim at least 50m at P6.

"ranking in class in respect of the total average marks" - does it count for ALL subjects or just Eng, Maths, Chi, GS?

ALL - I mean Eng, Maths, Chi, GS, Putonghua, Religious Studies, Computer Studies, PE, Visual Arts, Music. My girl's school counts everything.
