Congratulations!  You are very very lucky.
Heard less than 10, around 7 got admitted this year in the first round with 20 points.

Actually this is true, only God know.  Because we pray to God and he listened.  We pray for other parents more in need to get accepted first since we are determine to wait until door-knocking stage to have a "legitimate" preference to be accepted, and we BELIEVE we would get a seat in June.  However, God has a better plan and decided we should get admitted earlier and we gratefully accepted.  Now, I am going to be available to help other parents who need help tomorrow and the coming weeks to come as we don't need to run around to knock door.  So, I will

Concerning the arrangement, we specifically checked if there can be preference given to us due to my role in the kindergarten.  The answer is "no".

I guess some parents may misunderstand my intention to share these information on the internet and let me take this opportunity to explain.  The reason why I shared my experience, is to let parents know there are a waiting list pre-drawn together with the first round (discretionary places stage.  To be honest, I didn't even know there is such a list before I experience this, so I think this is God's plan to let me witness this.

Most schools nowadays would pass the applications to EDB to draw the first round result.  It is simply not worth the risks, particularly for the popular ones to draw themselves.  So no need to call ICAC as you can simply call EDB and there won't be a case to follow.  There are legitimate door-knocking seats to use so why bare the unnecessary risks?  Anyway, the key here is: along with the result, there are a list for waiting provided together.  Parents may notice some schools will published their first round result along with the waiting list.  So, this is the one I am talking about so no need to guess at all.
