I am disappointed to be put on waitling list, as she answered all questions and completed all tasks satisfactorily, but I live on the KOWLOON side. The teacher did ask me how we will bring the girl to school if got accepted.
However seeing so many responses that said their girls performed perfectly but still got waiting, I am not alone.
The worst thing is to consider the address in their decision of accepting the students. It seems that most parents in this forum who said they got offer are living on the HK Island side, that is suspicious. I wonder how the address would affect the kid's performance and behaviour at school. It's really unfair if the sole reason for rejecting is the address.
You see some students from the Kowloon or NT, maybe they were once being put on the waiting list, but later got accepted. It can't rule out the possibility that the school weigh heavy on the distance.
I still haven't recieved the letter yet, after seeing your comments; seems a very slim chance of getting any offer. There are so many on the waiting list even the kids performed well.
I think they only had the PTH and English casual interview during toy session on Nov 27 as a teacher came to the desk to talk to my daughter asking her name, to pick a blue lego and stacked it up. My girl didn't respond much in that session, but did quite well in the cantonese interview.
I would be very disappointed too if she get rejected; can barely breath now!!!
