說來慚愧，大兒當年考k可算是幾失敗，hit rate 很低的，所以談不上心得，隨緣啦，我小兒今年也有考，當然我都好想佢可以跟哥哥一齊返學，但我都不敢抱太大期望 ...

只是希望可以做好準備，就算入唔入到都真係睇個天囉!

係，可以自由選擇返唔唔返，我就有俾個女學普通話。以前N班有學普通話，phonics同合唱團。

Can we request the interview to be conducted in English ? Or will teacher also accept parent translating the questions and kids' answering in English ?

From my memory, at Keenmind's group interview for nursery last year, the teacher asked each parents what language was being used at home. No wonder all parents said they all used Eng at home mainly. I dunno why the teacher raised such questions as the teachers did not speak Eng at all in the nursery interview. I hope they also accept my gal answering in Eng.

現在，我作為一個家長看劍嗚，它真是幾好！我小朋友雖然未曾入讀過其他k1，但我覺得我小朋友現在是非常喜歡返學的，老師有經驗，查詢時可以完全解答所有問題，不過，可能有些家長會覺得課程艱深及學習辛苦 ( 因第一日放學已經有工作紙，每日如是，週末又雙倍)，但我從未知道小朋友做功課都可以如此開心，如此享受！

另外，劍嗚10下旬已經對k1學生作出中期評估，已經需要辨認一些簡單中文字，自從學認字後，我仔仔每每見到中文字就不停問，不停記，英文字也是！現在佢也會主動在家中找一些中文及英文書看，當然，大多數也是圖畫為主！

至於英文聽讀，簡單傾談是沒有問題，但普通話就此較遜色一點！可能是一星期只有兩節普通話課的關系吧！

想問下見咗既媽咪，見 individual 個 part 老師有冇叫你地既仔仔或囡囡唱歌呀? 見我個仔個位老師有叫我個仔唱歌呀。

My son attended interview last Sat. I recalled that the teacher did not ask him to sing a song.
Yes, the interview went smoothly, and finished in around half an hour.

平時上堂冇普通話既咩？英文堂唔會教phonics架？呢d野點解要自己另外俾錢再學架？佢地收三千幾蚊學費bor? 咁平時學校上堂做d咩呢？
