It's written in the 1st interview notification slip, not the "notes to applicants" enclosed with the application form.

唔知大家有冇留意最尾那段:.....10月13日(應收到郵寄第二輪約見資料)尚未獲悉約見資料,請於辦公時間內致電......逾期查詢,恕不獲約見安排

1,388個申請,約300名於第一輪面試表現優異的學生才可進入第二輪面試.
換句話說,即有約1,088名係收唔到通知的,咁10月13日能打通電話嗎?!

我就唔會等到最後一日先至打去查詢，好似你話齋，電話可能打唔通；我家過往郵遞無大問題，6/10(wed)寄信出黎無理由11/10(mon)仍然收唔到，所以我就會12/10就打去問。

This is different from (and better than) previous year's practice, where only those advancing to 2nd interviews received notifications and the rejected candidates would only receive notification when admission was announced.

Called the school today, they said parents will receive a letter from them in the next few days.

We are not very nervous...the chance is as slim as winning 1st prize of Mark Six, so why worry too much :)

coz like this school very much......

don't think your son's chance is slim....my son told me that many boys refuse to tell story and did not co-operate on the interview day, I also saw 2 boys crying.

btw, which school you choose for the govt P1 Admission? I choose St. Joseph and I think the chance is dim...

My son told me all the children in his group of 6 were willing to tell the story and most answered the teachers quite well.  

He has never been one of the top ones in class, either in behaviour, competition performance or fluency.  As the 1st interview only selects 1 out of 5 (300:1388), it would be at least worth a 2nd prize in Mark Six if he could advance to the next round.

I received the 1st reject letter from st paul boys, burst into tears and my heart is broken and getting hurt.  As my son is the top one in the class as you mentioned.  He is extremely polite and good boy. Everyone around him said he is so smart and excellent so that's why I believe that's the truth.  And the main point is he loves St Paul Boys so much.  As he passed the school near everyday and he said he wants to study here in his primary school life.  Really depressed and can't stop my tears coming out........   I think I won't tell this cruel truth to him

希望你唔好因一次既失手就放棄，人生既路好長，入唔到唔代你兒子唔得，佢地只係見我地d小朋友幾分鐘，唔代表一切。
