I thought you are talking about KG. Sorry. Should be true for KCS PN this year as I have also heard a mum said KCS PN did not accept her child's (born in Sept 08) application this year.
I did not ask around for the age of the kids in my girl's class, I can tell that kid is very small as he looks much much younger than other kids in the same class. Out of curiosity, I asked his age and know he is a super small B.
