其實我們這裡大多數是k1的家長,即是剛上學兩個多星期,宣道幼稚園的程度中等,不過口啤唔錯,而最吸引家長報讀的原因是有1/3的幼稚園可升讀宣道小學.

ian是Ms. Chan組下午班, Ms. Chan都有打比我, 但都是傾ian唔識自己'pp' 及提我交回相片等, 都沒有提及其他例如功課的事情, 我想再觀察後, 她是屬於被動的話, 我們就要主動點與她聯絡。

1.工作紙要交返學校，唔係自己keep住。
2.剛剛收到Ms Chan電話，我諗佢要時間一個一個打，比D時間佢啦!
3.收到通告話要訂校褸同運動衫，我建議大家訂運動衫就ok，因為我朋友個仔現在讀近K3(同校)，佢話凍可以穿著自己嘅外套，高班根本愈來愈少人著校褸(唔係幾好著)，所以佢話呢錢可以閒返。

我個朋友給了我以下對校褸嘅意見:
1. 校方從未要求學生一定要穿著校褸返學 (無論氣溫幾多度)
2. 校褸款式幾新潮，可以去街著(唔似全統的校褸)
3. 有D小朋友在唔凍時就著運動服+學校白色外套; 如果凍就加自己外套或校褸 (佢話真係無所謂，如果你覺得件校褸靚可以買，唔買都唔會有人話你)

Thank you for the quick response.  If the style is okay and the price is reasonable, I think I will buy one for YoYo.  Uniform sometimes will add sense of belongingness to a child.

I got the CD and VCD from school this week. Do I need to teach my boy (Ming Yin) at home ?  The teacher did not tell how we use the CD/VCD.  Ming Yin said there is no TV in the classroom.  Last week, the teacher taught "S" "snake".  When I asked Ming Yin what he learnt, he has no idea !!!!   Not even other content that listed in his study handbook.  Do I still to teach all the content at home with him ?

I think I can you give you some ideas :

"laytime Phonics" & "Godworld" have to bring to school everyday; the rest....such as Jolly has, Putonghua, please keep it at home. Teacher will teach all contents to children step by step, you might refer to "本週教授功課內容" to know how to review the topics with your son, and give him a revision then.

For example, refer to "本週教授功課內容", one of the topics is "會話 - Hello", then I asked my daughter what she learnt, then she sings a song to me :
" Hello 你好嗎? Hello 你好嗎? 我是楊紀嵐 !"

Hope your son can sing it to you then.....

Thanks.   You mean we only bring the 2 books everyday !   I packed the books (3 to 5 books) according to the guideline of each Fri., so the school bag is very heavy.    Ming Yin sang the song also, but he dislike to complete the worksheet every day.  He is on sick leave again, once per week.  

So far, did the class teacher call your kids to follow their performance in school ?  I didnot receive yet.

Dear CHLOE0718,

I received the call from Miss Chan (class teacher of 1B, pm session) early this week because she felt my daughter was not happy during the lesson.  I explained that she missed me, and would resume normal when I was not accompanied her to school.   

So far, I'm satisfy with the school.  Teachers are very nice and have strong observation ability and good memory.  One day, when I accompanied my dauguter to school, a teacher (not her class teacher) told me that my daughter was shy to talk.  After departure from school bus, she walked upstairs quietly and went into the classroom.

My daughter told me they prayed before eating snack.  She taught me how to close both hands and the pray content.  However, she doesn't tell me how to sing the after school song.   Can anyone help me ?

can u share with me is it difficult to apply for this kindergarten...?  If both the mom + dad are christians, will it increase the probabilty??

I really don't know is it difficult to apply for the seat.  1. We are not christians ;
2. Only my husband accompanied her to interview, as I was on business trip ;
3. Interviewer asked her some very  simple questions :
    - Point out apple or orange
    - Point out bus, minibus or taxi
    - 串珠仔
As I was not there, my husband told me the most important thing is : 老師最留意親子交流, 看看小孩子對父母有無信心, 看看小孩子能否從父母引導中發揮自己.
