I just want to comment that the most populated primary school allocation is not exactly a good question.  The reasons are:-
(1) The allocation is a lucky draw one which is not directly related to the kinder
(2) If the parent target on a PLK primary school, they will mainly select a PLK kinder which explain why the PLK kinder mostly go to the two PLK primary schools.

My daughter has just graduated from SKH Crown of Church Tsing Yi kinder.  She only got a no. 5 selected primary school.  As she has good academic and conduct in kinder, 3 SKH primary schools (in Tsing Yi and Kwai Chung) accept her in the 3rd round after interview.  I think to certain extend the kinder of same association of the primary school is beneficial in the 3rd round for P.1 allocation.  Hope this is useful to all of you.  Of course, kentville or SC are the well known one which beyond this assumption.

我之前同衛主任傾過,佢覺得除非屋企人同小朋友都以英語溝通,配合學校,否則佢地唔係好suggest小朋友讀國際班.
我睇d小朋友的相片,國際班真係好少純香港小朋友,大部份都係其他亞洲地方如星加坡同埋混血兒,西人小朋友又唔係好覺.

Will 宏福 has playgroup for children above 2 years old.  I know they do not provide such class.  Then how about your son.  Will he still study in the playgroup after summer vacation as he is already 2 years old.

The real case is almost all the children in the int'l / English class are Chinese. My son was in K3 English Class last year, no foreigner was in their class.(used to have one to two in K2, but they quitted after K2)

Tivoli is good but don't make a wrong expectation of an international kinder.

我會俾佢繼續返宏福playgroup.
好似冇年齡限制bor,我見班上有d阿b都2歲半.
講開playgroup,我都係幾間唔同機構試過堂,包括勵行會,覺得宏福幾好,d老師都幾有經驗,最主要佢的課程時間安排好似縮短左的nursery,可以提前俾bb在媽媽的陪伴下早d體驗校園生活,咁樣佢第日返學仔會容易d適應
宏福playgroup包括:唱歌,做運動,聽故事,做手工,大肌肉訓練,中間加插line up去toilet,小食時間,我覺得編排好好.
