They have changed the seats yesterday. More than 5 kids cry today maybe they are not familiar. Miss Sum is busy in comforing them this morning. My son is now sitting at the table facing the wall.

With regards to seat changing, does it just affect the boys or it also affect the girls? Can you share more information on this? please

not just boys. Miss Sum also needs to refer the seating plan when a student come in. My friend's daughter also changed the seat and cried today.

I wonder why they suddenly changed the seating chart. As the old saying says, "If it is not broken, why fixed it?"

I took my daughter to watch the fireworks display last night (Oct 1), she really enjoyed it.

I found my son changed to another seat, he had tried to sit at all the 3 tables. I don't know why.  And, we are almost late for school so i cannot ask Miss Sum the reason.

I wonder is it because the teachers want to teach the kids how to adjust to new environment? so they keep switching them ...

just hope they dont do this too often

I've clarified with Miss Sum that the seats would be changed every 2-3 months. BTW, I saw some students wore the winter sport uniform today, is it too early to wear it??

if the temperature gets further cooler, I may also consider to let my daughter to wear the winter PE uniform as well. I don't want her to catch a cold. As you should understand, when a child gets sick, as parents, we really get worried.

I believe the current weather is still okay. But if temperature drops a bit further, then I may consider to let my daughter wears winter PE uniform. However, my other question would be, the school indicated Dec 1 should be first date to wear winter uniform. Then why would peoples start wearing winter PE uniform so far ahead of Dec 1?

In case if any K1E parents want to type Chinese text in this chatroom, they are also welcomed too. I can read Chinese text, but I dont know how to type them very fast. That's why I started out using English in the first place.
