The First and Second interview DID not require parent attendence as the KID will be led to another room for interview.  

Which means parent are waiting in the Hall until the interview finish and they will give you back the kid.

I also ask maid and grandfather to take the kid to interview on 1 + 2 interview.

I only shown up at the third interview.
