其實教育署係點 check 到有問題的？因為第一round 可選第二個網, 點解現在要查地址証明？咁第二 round 會唔會再查？

我想問我個女係伯娘湊架(日&夜), 咁大伯係公務員佢住政府宿舍, 咁我係唔係要大伯做監護人呀, 對佢有冇影響呢, 真係要麻煩大家解答我呀

我聽人地話「監護人」不是幫你湊小朋友就叫監護人, 係要有宣誓紙果種喎, 不過最好都係問番EDB啦。

係呀! 唔係求其填一個同住址証明文件個姓名一樣就話係監護人, 要宣誓解釋點解有父母都要搵另一個人做監護人! 父母要返工而小朋友搵其他人湊唔係理由, 香港地有幾多個父母唔駛返工?

我有個朋友長期o係內地工作, 太太仲未申請到黎香港, 所以佢小朋友跟祖母住..... 呢d特別case先可以搵他人做監護人!

I know applicants should move before the mid of Feb. ( I forgot the exist date, but 9/2007 100% ok)One of my friend have the same problem and she called the Education dept. For detail please check.

I heard the case of ICAC too. But they will try to call you before visiting you instead of poping into your house. Anyway, the Education Dept. is treating fraud address very seriously now-a-days.

Friend of mine is using friend's address. She also received that letter yesterday. She could not provide any further evidence at all besides electricity bill.

She called the Education Dept. and found some excuse to change her dedicated address and school net.

Please be careful that if civil servants involve in such fraud case, it can be very very serious. So don't take risk la!

Are you sure?  My friend also received a letter from Education Dept. If my friend haven't and document to hand in, what can she do?

I have the same problem. When I talked to my house owner I need submit a stamped contact to EDB shortly, they said that they won't to stamp the contact, because they don't want to pay any tax. (The house owner is my friend and the rent is a cheaper price). So I need rent another new place within this week in the same net.
I don't know does it possible my new address is different to my first submitted but they are the same net?

I think so, it is very trouble to me now. I think need to query EDB can I change to the new address.
