so many people asked me abt that playgroup ah !
no, it is not best concxxx, last year it was next door to best concxxx, it's name : Joyful xx xx.
unluckily, it was bcoz the rental fee was too high at TST, so last year it shifted to Tsuen Wan already, that's also why i had to terminate my kid's study there , even though very unwillingly. as TW was too far to us (my kid was only 2yr old that time).
