Sorry, no English version is available.
Since my daughter studied in a 中文小學, most of the certificates she obtained from the school were written in Chinese. So, I prepared the profolio basically in Chinese. For those certificates and awards from open competitions, like Cambridge Test, World Class Arena Test and 數學精英賽, I chose to use the more popular titles to list down the results.
Generally speaking, 一般英中 will accept both Chinese and English versions unless it is stated in the application procedures for English version only. I think basically it did not matter much. Of course, an English version will certainly remove the doubt.
