係呀，小五& 小六會用wide range readers，但今年的初小就好似無再用wide range starters了，不過我見選書趣味性加強好多，我居然見p3有charlie & chocolate factory，正值齣戲就來上演，小朋友睇起上來真係會開心好多。

由聖心小學升上聖心中學條路對我囡囡來說都仍然有一段很長的路, 而從你的資料, 可以俾到我了解由聖心幼稚園升上小學時應該是讀上午班或下午班, 方便日後升中問題.
如果是由聖心幼稚園升上小學上午班當然大家都會覺得是沒有問題, 但我打算讓囡囡讀下午班, 方便照顧及睇功課, 但我又恐怕不能入到下午班, 真係很矛盾,可以指點下怎樣可以增加機會入讀小學下午班????

May I know if my daughter is not studying in 聖心幼稚園, is it difficult to get into 聖心小學(私立部)? And is it guaranteed that all 聖心幼稚園 graduates can go to 聖心小學(私立部)?

Up to the coming school year, all girls of Sacred Heart Canossian (SHC) K/G can go to SHC School (Private Section) without attending interview or taking exam. papers.   Of course, you need to submit the application form.  

Based on the last school year, less than 50% of the P1 students are graduates of SHC K/G.

Thanks HappyBee.  But how come only less than 50% of P1 studnets are graduates of SHC K/G?  Many of them don't like the primary school (private sector)?

I think there are two major factors:

(1) Some of them have chosen the PM section because it is an aided school and no need to pay school fee.  :wink:

(2) Some of them have taken the school place of other schools through the central allocation system.
