This is about Hong Kong, but in New Zealand, lawyers like me are admitted to the bar.  This means we are all Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of New Zealand.  However, barrister sole practises litigation in chambers only.  Solicitors can get involved in civil litigation and criminal litigations but they may not be experts in litigations.  For example, I specialise in tax and litigation is not my strength.

I hope this clarifies the difference between the two careers.

ah! there is a big soccer event coming in July 07, it's call 英超聯球會盃, liverpool, fulham and portsmouth have been confirmed to show up in hong kong. And the winner of HKFA Cup will be participated in the game. so, four team, knock-out system.

We had a wonderful time y'day.  Although there was some drizzle but it did not affect the mood for the hiking.  The money rec'd (HKD80K) for this Walkathon this year will send to UNICEF.  

The form 6 boys talked to my K1 son and my primary 1 son, they chatted about the life at primary school.

昨天去了小西灣運動場睇香港奧運隊訓練, 明晚便要在大球場主場出戰syria (奧運外圍賽), 祝他們好運, 取勝而回. 小西灣運動場好大風, 吹充2個鐘, 個人都暈暈地  

有冇人參加了"食得有營"計劃, 呀仔有參加, 昨天第一日開始, 但得一個counter派食物, 呀仔隻腳永遠都是跑唔係行的都要排20幾人, 他說個哥哥派到手較(吓, 得一個人 ), d食物要分2個小息才吃完. 另有同學仔訂了粗麥饅頭, 話唔好食 , 味道怪, 這個我已預計到, 所以沒有訂. 而栗子竟然是"天津甘栗", 呀仔話好彩有訂, 遲d有得食

Yes, chilly weather persists these day.  "香港奧運隊訓練", what sport you are referring to, soccer?  

小西灣運動場好大風, 吹充2個鐘, 個人都暈暈地 ---> hope you are fine and next time, wind breaker and ginger tea with you.

"食得有營" ---> for my son, the parent helper will deliver to him.   I have ordered him 粗麥饅頭 y'day plus the drink, no compliant so far.  A good discussion topic to share with classmates.

ah...ah... 粗麥做的饅頭不是每個小朋友都arm口味, 其實呀仔都會吃的, 但我只怕放涼了變硬. 不過呀仔跟我說, 是有個蒸籠蒸住的, 那應該會好好多.

我兩位少爺無參加"食得有營"計劃,
不過大少有份做"大使",
有些擔心衛生問題,
呈分試迫近了,好驚亞仔有病,
都係自己帶食物安全些....敝...自己又諗得大多  

今日大少派數學測驗卷,結果慘不忍睹  
今次爸爸出馬幫佢溫習(讀了5年多小學爸爸係第一次幫佢溫),
唔知係唔係好大壓力,測驗時完全迷失了.
今晚自己幫佢改正時佢話比我知當時真係緊張到頭暈.
唉.....到派卷時咪到我頭暈.

第二次磅書包開始了,
兩位少爺第一日就要磅,
大少達標,二少超標2kg       
原來二少書包多了4本大大本準備還的圖書

亞仔今日磅書包依然正常"超標"
今日已經算少書，係亞仔自己唔夠秤吧，
我問過亞仔佢都未曾達過一次標，
學校係咪可以批准佢唔帶書返學呢?


亞仔尋日排好長隊先排到食得有營，
今日佢醒目咗，
同幾個同學第一小息一開閘就衝倒去排隊，
仲話今日個包好好食，
佢話有個風紀問個同學好唔好食，
個同學話唔係好食，係好好食喎，
搞到亞仔都覺得好食，
原來一個平凡冇嘜味嘅包，
經過一輪廣告包裝後就會令人垂涎三尺呢!!  
亞仔好期望明天有更好的美食。
