妳哋唔講我真係唔知有兩粒星同三位星，佢有一粒我巳經好滿足．而家．．．不過，就算老師劃星比佢，佢都無咩反應．
本“奇妙的我”巳經教咗成二十幾頁，果進度都好快呀．

Dear all,
Ay... my son didn't want me to look at his Chinese homework tonight because he didn't get the star from last time homework and got a couple of red circles. ... Sometimes parents do not care, the children care and upset with the grades. Some KV teachers are quite demanding and aggressive that they will make the students want to get excellent grades. I think KV wants to train their students to be DGS and DBS students, this creates stress for both the child and the parent. I just wait and see the performance and luck of my son this year. I believe that during the K2 education at KV, one will have a better idea of what kind of primary school fits her child.
I couldn't hold my temper tonight and I scolded my son for not able to finish his homework efficiently and nicely. He always asked me for candies but didn't complete the homework timely. At the same time, I had to revise the Chinese dictation with my daughter tonight. Very 'dean'. Anyways, I got the things done and they went to sleep with me.... now that I get up again to post my thoughts here. I need a break.

Brandon喊. 佢每次都有同我講原因. 我認為係小事. 但佢顆玻璃心靈變得敏感. 例如功課交錯位, 連老師都唔知, 佢又喊. 老師同我講都嚇一嚇, 以為佢整親. 然後classwork做快過老師. 老師都唔係鬧佢. 只係叫下次唔好做快過老師. 又喊. 咁classwork做慢咗d又喊. 有日我送佢返學直情唔想我走. 佢可能驚又唔記得點交功課. 後來老師帶佢去交. o個晚老師都打來同我傾. 佢話都會有小朋友情緒各方面要適應. 原本K1學期尾, 老師會比少少心理輔導佢地, 其實升上K2係點. 但因為提早停課而安排唔倒. 都會有少少影響. 不過老師都叫我唔駛擔心. Brandon自理同獨立都ok. 應該無問題. 佢昨日已經無再喊, 又講聽老師話, 再無做快過老師同交啱功課. 希望可以慢慢改善喇.

Brandon讀2J. 佢都係一個對自己有要求嘅小朋友. 可能同你囝囝差唔多. 佢成日喊都因為唔多接受自己有做錯. 有時甚至喊定先. 暫時佢好似未太在意d星同老師改正. 我自己都無提. 怕佢有要求. 不過就時時希望寫靚d同擦. 有時我叫佢唔駛擦, 已經好靚喇. 但佢都話唔得要擦. 一路搖頭一路擦. 佢地對老師要求太上心. 變成對自己有壓力. 其實如果受到. 係好事係推動力. 相反. 都怕變成壓力. 不過我都盡量開導. 等佢盡量釋懷.

我都同你一樣. 可以藉住K2睇o下Brandon適合邊類型小學多d. 原本我一心向傳統. 如果見佢太有要求又唔識將佢變成動力. 咁我寧願佢開開心心多d.

俾著係我, 真係人都癲!你大女P1, 仔仔K2, 真係好忙碌. 我開始擔心,到時我大細仔一齊返學時的情況... 好在佢地相差遠少少, 或者未至於咁恐怖!
我仔仔都唔太在意D星, 雖然佢而家都主動擦自己覺得寫得唔靚果D字. 但未至於太大壓力. 咁樣我覺得已經好ok. 起碼有要求, 但又唔會太過火.

傳聞中的星簿終於出現左了, 嘩, 後面果D句子真係好得人驚!我尋日一返到屋企, 晉晉即刻攞住本星簿同我講:呢本唔可以劃! 好緊張咁.
咁我尋日放工時又咁0岩去買左本楷簿俾晉晉, 因為諗住可以俾佢響D格仔入面練習, 我就叫佢將星簿入面寫左果D中文字, 寫一次在本楷簿度...
照咁睇, 係咪下星期就開始默書喇?

另, 原來晉晉果班都教左新字了, 佢都冇同我提起.
都係字咭上面的數字次序: "學", "室", "晴".

我都係早兩日第一次見識到本 "星簿", 我都係嚇左一大跳, 我直情無法想像肥妹可以寫到句句字出離.

今朝早上返工, 撞到另一位媽咪 (佢囡囡唔係讀根德), 佢知肥妹讀根德, 問我開如默書未, 我話未, 跟住佢話我有排忙, 佢話佢見過佢同事個仔根德的中文好深, 話K2已經要默句字, 佢 quote 左句係 "我看見一隻小白兔", 佢講完我都好似有 d 印象係星薄度見個呢句.

跟住我心諗, 都已經比左肥妹讀根德, 應該相信根德有能力教到肥妹默句字, 唔好成日嚇定自己先, 唔係我真係一日死好多細胞.

我同妳一樣, 怕亞囝太辛苦加天資有限跟唔上, 所以有朋友問我打算同佢選咩小學, 我都係答depends 佢K2既表現, 睇吓佢push 唔push 得先.

我都同意, 老師係會令小朋友追求完美既. 我之前mention 過, Cyrus 差唔多日日做功課都喊. 不果佢依家喊, 並唔係因為佢唔想做. 好似尋晚我on the way back home, 佢又喊住打電話比我投訴Cyber, 話佢唔比佢擦字, 連畫個個太陽都唔比佢擦, 佢話覺得自己寫/畫得好核突, 唔想比老師畫佢d字, 叫我求daddy比佢擦. 妳地都知cyber 一向對佢寫字同認字都有要求, 連佢都要求亞囝唔好再擦, 我估其實都應該ok既. 返到屋企, 我見佢本薄其實已經擦'村'左, 唉.......我覺得佢直情有d病態.

Thank you for your comfort and encouragement.
KV is difficult but if you plan to apply for traditional and well-known primary schools for your children, KV is the right one for kindergarten schooling so that your children will be well-prepared for primary one education.
To be fair to KV, KV really taught my daughter a whole lot, including self-disciplined and be independent. My girl has no problem to manage her time at recess in primary school. She knows that she has to find time to go to toilet, then snack then walk around and play. She will not be afraid of walking around the campus. Most importantly, she knows how to handle the daily homework, weekly revision and dictation, etc.
Primary one materials are already difficult in some private schools, that's why KV has to teach primary level stuffs starting from K2 gradually. Chinese is difficult to learn and KV is very good at teaching students to recognise the proper strokes and vocab. You will feel a bit of heaven during your child's 1st term in primary one if she/he graduates from KV.

佢d字一d都唔靚, 佢只係太focus 係d細微細眼野, 就係咁先激心羅. 但整體個字係核突既. 不果咁, 佢有咁既態度我都安慰, 只係覺得over 左.
