everybody except one understood my msg, don't give me that it is your fault because you could have done a million things and then shift the blame to the victim. how is it different from blaming a rape victim by saying they could have dressed a little less provocative.
it is not even "how to avoid a misunderstanding", it is not about the definition of 打發, it is how a person behave "after" that person realize the truth. it is about hypocrisy and discrimination. it is about human decency.
what the victim could have done is not an excuse of the behavior observed here.
