We visited the nursery last time was an exceptional case, it was only 1-2 minutes walk-pass the corridor there and look through the classroom.  Anyway, I don't mean to argue anything, I just want to say what I saw and shared the experience here (even it was good or bad), that's all.  Beside that I did like this nursery as it has a big playground on the top floor and swimming pool, big enough for kids to playaround for excerise.

Today is the last school day of Tai Hang Tung lar!

After much consideration, I determined to give up Pui Ching and continue my son's study at Tai Hang Tung lar.  Hope it will do good on him!

It's heard that Ms So was from 時代 in Causeway Bay.  She is very good as I learnt from a mother there.

How do you send your kid to nursery??  I also live around Ngan Chi Wan, may be we could gather a few mothers to catch taxi there instead of catching MTR in the busy morning period.  ha!

Hi Kammy,
My son will study class "C" of Tai Hang Tung on 9/Aug.

I'm a new member of this forum. I also determine to let my son studying in Tai Hang Tung even though there are 2 kindergartens in Kowloon Tong accept him (One is Keen Mind and another one is Kindergarten of Baptist University). Can I ask you why you give up Pui Ching?  Pls share your thought.

真喺好呀！ 我哋嘅小朋友可以做同學仔！ 喺呢, 你哋住邊？ 我住威豪; 你嘅建議都幾好, 不過因為我阿仔勁鍾意搭地下鐵, 同埋屋企又太近地鐵, 又同埋搭的士用嘅時間都幾長, 又唔抵 (我哋搭過兩次, 因為條路唔順, 要左dou右dou, 都要用成20 至25分鐘, 兼成50幾蚊架！), 所以, 我暫時唔'報名' 啦！

其實妳如果怕地鐵迫, 妳可以選擇早上8點前, or 8點20分以後出門搭車, D人鬆好多架！

同埋, 我都幾欣賞我姐姐(賓賓)嘅做法, (不過佢成日喺8:10人多時候出門) 佢多數揀車尾/頭(？)上車, 一上車就立刻要阿仔sip位挨埋牆(即喺車長房後面, 通常阿仔細細個, 容易sip位, D大人多數肯讓小小位俾佢), 再揾機會續步tun前靠近落車嘅門, 咁到石硤尾站車時候, 阿仔多數已經企喺門口側邊, 好易落車lu！

咦, 你哋嘅情況同我哋都好相似喎！點解你哋會楝大坑東呢？ 劍鳴走名校升學路線會谷小朋友 (我自己諗咋), 浸會應該幾考慮小朋友嘅全面發展架 wor？！

而我揀留喺大坑東, 喺因為我都幾重視幼兒期嘅全面發展, 呢方面幼兒園會比幼稚園強, 我阿仔現時是獨生子, 又比較怕羞 & 講說話慢, 我想佢現階段可以重點發展佢嘅social skill, self-care skill, self-discipline, develop 開朗D嘅人生主題 & 想佢expressive 一D, 至於academic 我覺得喺遲一階段嘅重點, 打好求學及做人態度基礎, 好相信academic亦可以容易追上。

坦白的說, 我阿仔喺因為講說話慢而入讀此校 (佢1嵗9個月前因講說話唔多而refer大坑東嘅兼收位 -- 大部份幼兒園都有此服務, 預留小小位加强訓練), 讀了一年, 佢有很大進步, 人都醒咗好多, 時時都好開心, 表達能力又大有進步.... 同時, 大部份老師都俾到我信心, 佢哋對幼兒成長 & 發展嘅知識, 令我放心依循她們的指引.... (佢哋一定唔會谷小朋友, 只會循序漸進)

不過, 我觀察高年級好似比較loose in discipline, 所以我出年或會再有考慮其他學校。

而 培正, 我就聽聞D老師年紀大D (咁點有精力去creative &玩呢？) ,上K2 D老師幾惡 & 程度會突然加深。

今日就要去stop 培正嘅自動轉賬啦，有D唔捨得.... 希望選擇冇錯...

Thanks Kammy,  my daughter will go for N1 and K1, so our kid will be at the same school but not at the same class, What a shame!!  :

I live around your area, I think 10 minutes walk to your place.  We might get together for lunch at the weekend one day, ha!

I will try your suggestions to catch MTR.  But wonder if the weather was bad, pouring rain or very hot.....I might let her to catch taxi instead of walk the distance to the nursery.

I am living in BayView too and my son will study in "Tai Hang Tung" the coming Feb when he will be 2.5 at that time.     

Now he is only 22 months.   

I like the school too and I support your decision.
