Calix said that he's in Banana Group's Row 4. Sometimes he'll pretend to be Ms. Chan and said, "請第4行嘅小朋友出嚟." He also said Lo Yee Fun & Cassidy are also of Row 4.
When Calix was in Apple Group, he's sitting at Row 2.

Today they'd learnt 鴨：小鴨. Ms. Chan also told them that 甲+ 鳥 = 鴨；and 甲means very good, i.e. "A".
Before that, Calix also said "魚"字下面四點 is the tail for swimming; also "雞" has a 雞冠...

KV's way of teaching Chinese words is really interesting...that's why our kids can learn so many Chinese words quickily!

Joyce was very excited today when she came home cos she got 3 stamps on the colouring pic. This is her first time to got 3 stamps.

Joyce loves to sing the songs which learnt from Ms. Chan and I like the little pig song very much cos the body motion is really funny.

I do think the Kentville's kids have good progress in Chinese words learning. Hope the same progress can apply to English too.

Would that be 2 Row 4 kids in each group?
Maybe she just get confused with the old one.

Chloe is also in Banana Group as well... in that case, how many rows are there in one group? If there is 4 kids in 1 Row, there should be only 3 Rows in Banana Group and Chloe is in Row 1(near to the teacher's desk)

Well! I want to buy 1 more set PE uniform for Vianca. The current one she has is size 98 & that's just fit. I'm going to buy a bigger one so she can keep wearing in K2. I'm thinking to buy size 104 or one size bigger as they're growing so fast. Anyone had bought those size & do u think I'm too crazy on that???

Oh, that's why Calix mentioned "Chloe Tang" more frequently than b4 as both of them are in Banana Group. These few days, Calix kept saying that Chloe needed to speak louder and he pretended the way that Chloe spoke...seems that Chloe has a small voice, right?

I'd bought 1 more set of PE uniform for Calix last Saturday which is still size 98...I'm afraid too big size can't wrap the body tight enough to keep warmth.

Calix was very happy today coz he got a little plant given by the school. He said it was given by 儀姐 and Ms. Chan. I asked what should he do with the plant. He said he needs to let it "drink water" and put it under the sun. He also reminded me seriously that we should water the plant with cold water only, not hot water or the plant will "辣親"...so cute!
We'll move the little plant to a proper flower pot later. I think it's the purpose of the school to develop their sense of responsibility. This also serves as a subject of "natural science" too.

aiya....Vianca showed me her little plant last night but it was half dead. Because she is so curious with it, she used her fingers to touch, feel, press....etc on the leaves & not very gentle.

After I told her the little plant has it owns life also, and it would grow up like her. Then, she started to take care of it carefully. She used her small toy cup to water the plant, put a small toy plate underneath, and then leave it next to the window to absorb sunlight.

Well! It's a good topic for the kids. They really learn something.

Yes, Calix is absolutely right!
But Chloe speaks so loudly in the house....

It should not be waited for such long time... maybe they still don't have your size, you would be better to ask the teacher or school office again...

Yes, you are right!

There are only 3 small tables in Banana Group, Chloe is sitting in the first table near the teacher's desk, I believe Calix is sitting in the third table... I'll try to stay longer next time to clarify this issue...
