1. Do you mean the cover letter you attach to the portfolio? Have you checked if your copy is signed or blank? Our cover letter was signed by my wife and myself, so we could tell if it was a spare copy or the original.
2. Try handing in the cover letter yourself when one of the staff checks your original documents instead of asking your child to hand it to the headmistress/vice-headmistress - your child might forget it after reading and playing games before being interviewed by the headmistress/vice-headmistress. (The precise procedure is (1) your child is asked to go into the interview room by himself/herself; (2) the parent(s) is/are asked by one of the staff members to go into another room for document verification. You may hand in the letter in step (2) above.)
3. If you are not sure if you have already included the letter when you submitted the portfolio, hand it in anyway, and add a note (written on a post-it or any detachable means) on the reason why you are attaching it at this point. I think the headmistress/vice-headmistress would understand. Make sure this letter's content is precisely the same as the one which might have been submitted previously.
Good luck on your forthcoming interview!

share123 & ma 記,
Well, no need to 講大話, just emphasise the good points and turn the bad points into good ones, e.g. "...we are quite sure your esteemed school, being a reputable and energetic school, can help him/her combat his weaknesses..."

For those who PM'ed me after I had sent the first batch of picture files, I already sent them tonight. Please check your email account.
I've got the pics. Thanks thomasha. Although my son may not have the chance of 2nd interview, I still appreciate your kindness!
