This year in K2, seems to be no so fun as K1 & my girl does not like her to go to school as once before...
Although doing homework seems to be ok for my Haya; but this week she started to cry in the morning; She cried sadly & not willing to go to school...   
:cry: She started to quiry if she can report no school if she feels sick & my answer is 'Yes'. So, this am she declared herself uncomfortable... ~    I was so russssh for work & I scolded her...
:evil: It made my heart break when looking at her tears; It seems that she hate mama law...

Hello all mummies

Wai Wai likes to go to school but she doesn't like to wake up in the morning.  She doesn't sleep at daytime and sleep at 9:30pm at night and we wake her up around 7:00am but she lays on bed and doesn't wake up until 7:30am and the school bus arrives at 7:45am.  We are very rush.   She always makes me angry and unhappy in every morning.  I just received the note from the school bus this morning and told me 5 minutes earlier from today.  Could anyone tell me how to make her happy and wake up herself.  HELP! HELP!

She likes to read books but doesn't like writing if no mood.  Sometimes she writes properly and nice but sometimes the writing is ugly.  I'm sure she can manage her hand.  I think it's depend on her mood.

Last Friday, I was on holiday and pick her up at school.  I asked her whether she is happy.  She said she likes me to pick her up but she doesn't want to walk to MTR from school.  She's lazy to walk.

Ka Ka doesn’t go to school today as she has coughing.  She had no mood whole day yesterday, coughing badly and sweat a lot in the mid night for few hours. :cry:

After the National holiday, most people around me got flu (my mother and colleagues).  Hope all of them and Ka Ka get well soon!!

Thanks for your blessing.  She's fine now and will go to school but the coughing pass to my husband.

Ka Ka sometimes like that before, don't want to wake up. So at night I will tell her after she sleep I will put a surprise/note/my drawings in the living room/toilet, then she has to find it when wake up. (little gift can be sticker, empty box with a pencil, story book..... no need to spend much) So she's very excited and wake up quickly to find it.  It's like a game to her & she likes it.  But I don't do it all the times.

And now you know what, she gives me back surprise. When I back home she hide surprises and tell me to find it . It's her drawings or toys....

really understand your worry after read your message about the area of get in/get off the school bus, it's definately not a safety area. can you ask for help from school to try to solve the problem

today is the second day that Hei Hei take the school bus, it's seems that she is quite okay for this new arrangement,安樂哂.the school bus came very on time everday. actually we are living in net 34 but not the catholic, I'm not sure whether we have better chance to promote to SRL primary

Actually, I used the same method before; I used to buy her a candy or small gift when I return home after work everyday. I hope to see how desire she is when mama come back...  
Later, I found this way not works so good bcse she became a bit 'materialism'... She 'searches' my handbag & all pockets if I tell her nothing available today! When she discovered there is really nothing for her, she cried & yelled..
Any way, I still find this idea is ok. May be I use your way to play 'hide & seek' with her.

My girl said there's a new comer in the class today.

I don't buy gift for her very often for the surprise. Sometimes I just get her a biscuit, draw a funny face or a story book from library.......

Is Ka Ka getting better now?  Hope she is recovery.  I tried your method (hide and seek) before.  The first few times it's worked and not now.  Any other suggestion?

Last month my daughter's school bus took other school's children.  But this month they haven't carried other children so the driver and auntie are rearranged.  I think they haven't changed the school bus company yet.  Wai Wai needs to sit on the school bus for one hr and twenty mins.  I hope they will rearrange the time shortly.

it's also our concern about the transit time from school to home by school bus (from home to school is acceptable), it's quite a long trip caused it takes one hour to home by school bus. however, it only takes few mins from school to home by taxis and costs 15 dollars (very short distance)only. i also hope they can re-arrange the transit time shortly too

I also concern the transit time of school bus before.  It got 1 hour from home to school and 25 mins from school to home.  That is accepted.  But I really want to know that when the school bus will arrived at school.  Is nearly 9 am or very early before 9 am.

Any mami know that

The school bus will arrive school 5-10 minutes before 9:00am. As the kids need to get off from school bus, line up for washing hands and go to classroom.

May be you can ask school EE about arrival time.

But it all depends on the traffic and different route.  Few months ago, 1 time the school bus come very late and my girl told me they late for school that day. But it's not vert often, don't worry.

Start from this term, the school bus come very on time even a few minutes early from home to school and 10 minutes early after school.:   It's good.
