may i know the schedule of your son / daughter to attend the course? as right now, i m facing the problem is Tungtung always doesnt want to wake-up if she sleep at noon...she must cry for long time.
usually, she will go for painting and english course on monday (5pm) and Friday (4:30) which she like. if she doesnt sleep, then shouldnt have any problem...

just like today, my mother in law called me and said Tungtung didnt wake-up and cried....:(
i guess if i m here, should be ok...

just think, maybe need to arrange all the course during weekend? if yes, then can not go for other gathering...so poor....

Adrian enrols to activities which usually start at 5pm. He manages to take a 2-hour nap beforehand (2-4pm). Yes, it's a bit difficult to wake them up from their naps. But we got to try our best. To me, Adrian's activities quotas on Sat is full (1 drawing plus 1 tom lee class).  I must make use of the weekday afternoons for other activities.

At the moment, I have arranged interest course for Him Him on Sat only and reserve Sun for our own family gathering.

I didn't enrol any class for him during weekdays 'cos he used to sleep a lot during nap time .

Hi all,
My son Preston has a tight schedule....cos he has lots of energy to burn.. usually he takes his nap from 2-4 or 4.30 pm.

Mon- Free
Tue - Free
Wed- Drawing at 4.30
Thur-Kumon at 5
Fri- Swimming at 7.30
Sat - English playgroup & Tom Lee
Sun - Roller skating

Thanks weewee and prestonmom. seem most of the children also attend the course after school. but only Tungtung is out of our control...haha...

anyway, i have talked with painting school and will change her schedule to 3pm today...let see any improvement as she cant sleep before she go...haha

btw, prestonmom, what do Preston attend for kumon? is not for primary and teaching them how to do the homework? as there has one near my home, if ok, will see any course will suitable for Tungtung...haha

Anson havn't yet have any lessons so far.  However, I would like to join the English class for her plus the Tom Lee Music class.  Any recommendation on English class?

Tungtung is attending the english course at ESF. it take 3 hours on saturday...the content seem like what they do in KV kindergarten, just the lang is in english. not sure, whether it's good or not, but Tungtung enjoy to go much, even no afternoon sleep....
as it takes 3 hours per class, so it seem expensive and if sometimes, we miss one class, will lost $450.

and, she also join the phonic which she like much as well.... and it is near my home (tokwawan)....

I could only get adrian's attention when he is asked to recognise his classmates' names. I believe Hing Lok could do so!

Alyssa and i will have breakfast this Friday at Elements because i need to buy sth from 360. Would you like joining us?  

I ain't sure if we will have bf next week because we've enrolled the drawing class. the 1st lesson will start from next Thur at 9:30am.

I enrol at least one course per day for adrian    (except sunday) -
mon: gym
tues: eng
wed: eng
thur: swim
fri: mandarin
sat: drawing  + tom lee

But i make sure he'll have 2-hour nap. otherwise, he'll be very CRANKY. that's why ithe lessons i choose usually start at 5pm.

Hi Marrywmf,

Then, Adrain is easy to control...as actually, Tungtung also can take 2 hours afternoon sleep...but if she was wake-up by others, she must out of control....:(


BTW, how's the course in Kidsgallery? i checked before as the schedule do not fix for us..as usually on weekday...is it good?

Hi marywmf,

Wow! interest courses occupied for 6 days! does Adrian like all these courses?

I'm also looking for English class for Him Him as well. Is kids gallery good or not? As mentioned by iamjackie, the course schedule does not quite fit us 'cos they are mostly scheduled on weekdays. I'm still quite uncomfortable for my maid to take Him Him somewhere far away from our home! So, I'm still looking for courses in weekends.

Btw, for kids gallery, which course is Adrian taking right now?

Preston is learning Maths from Kumon for building up his concentration by counting dots..... And also we found difficult to teach him at home..last time we taught him 1.2.3 at home..but we ended up 激到嘔血 ...我地覺得佢係要被人地教... .....

i remember the nurse told me once ..that we should feed them with the 抗生素 1st..then the other syrups..because the others are very sweet to cover the bitter taste...你試試啊...

Hi Mary,
Our teacher is Ms Chu...Our 1st lesson (1 - 2pm)was a disaster ...my son only interested in touching the buttons on  電子琴...and asked me constantly when we would finish the lesson..  .. I practice with him at home ..hope he would get to like it...

Hi Preston ma,

So, how's the class in Kumon. Does Preston like it or not? Can it be used to improve their concentration? What's the minimum age for Kumon Maths? I also want to join if it's good, but I'm afraid Him Him is too young to attend. Do you know if there is any teacher to teach/guide the students or they just do the exercise themselves. kindly advise and sorry for so many questions
