hi.hs, sw,rubyngan,cyrusmum,maychoi,cassey,洋子 and all mama,

其實你地仔仔女女口中已形成哂恆齒，位置係乳齒上面，上一排下一排咁等住出嚟。只有第二同第三隻大牙形成緊,所以食鈣片幫助不大(女仔唔同，應要吸收多鈣比將來用).

至於換牙就因人而異，我地嘅仔女唔算遲，我仔仔六歲八個了，一隻都未鬆，唔駛担心。通常恆齒生出時頂到乳齒令其牙脚收縮，鬆吓頂吓，食吓蘋果，乳齒就會 lut係無脚嘅,因己收縮哂,大人牙就會出來了.

私家医生通常叫你脫牙先,但我話等乳歯自然lut又未嘗示可，同埋医生質素好，好｜好參次，要小心選擇。

以上是本人小小experience,只供參考
