RC is "Renaissance College", which locate in 5 Hang Ming Street, Ma On Shan. That close to the Heng On Station.

Anyone knows how keen of the competition of the year 08/09 - P1? Cos I want to send my son to RC, but I submitted the application form after deadline.

It's true! the competition is very keen. For RC, I heard that there are 400 applicants competing for 130 seats. Let's pray together! We'll get the result between 30 Jan - 1st Feb.

On the other hand, it also means that RC can pick students with higher english standard.

On the school tour last month, the officer said they will raise their english requirement. The school has also changed alot. Less students speak cantonese in the campus compared with before.

Did you apply for 08/09? If yes, yr child got the test already? I have to wait for 1st round done, then, let see any seat leave.

My son did the interview last week. Don't worry. I think RC may know the number of seats left next week!

Very nice pictures.
One thing I know for sure. You have a much better camera than I have :)
I went too for a while. It was more like a fun fair day than a sports day. Many had crazy make up and face paint.

Please help me to prepare the interview for my kid. thank you very much

I just apply for Year 3 for EFS and RC international school, anyone have a experience for interview style? My son is studying in the local school, but his English is quite good, please kindly to share your kids's interview experience for those schools. Any successful cases, if your kid is study local school then finally they can got a seat for those international school.

please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has any parent got the advice to attend interviews after the first round? Does anyone know if all applicants will indeed be invited to do an interview? I'm referencing to Year 1 admission, Aug 2008. Many thanks!

Dear RC parents,

My girl is to take a written test (1.5 hours on Maths, English comprehension & writing) next month for 2008 Grade 6. Any ideas as to its syllabus apart from the expectation as posted in its website? What else do we need to prepare?

it seems competition is keen...if failure, then I am to try grade 7 in coming Sept.

Sorry ! prephas I need to clarify. My son has written test at 9am on 10/4/08. If pass, will have interview on
22/4/08.
