佢呢排好忙呀, 攪緊工人d野.

剛剛在旺角買了 "芝麻街"音樂玩具 $58.00, 有鼓, 口琴, 錘, 2y 以上就可以玩, 全部有"芝麻街公仔頭"架.

我琴日帶o左阿仔去做感統 (第一次,只係做評估), 冶療師話如果小朋友o既前庭同深層關節感覺唔好的話, 就會唔知d手手腳腳放o係邊度好, 鐘意左搞右搞, 坐唔定, 四圍走四圍跳, 會影響專注力、情緒同行為!      
我暫時安排o左阿仔每星期上一次, 希望可以幫到佢啦!

噙日返优德做第二輪評估,耳&見st.首先要讚吓st陳姑娘,同她交談好舒服.佢睇同講的,真係比醫生更詳細.e家相信hoho唔係會遍向過度活躍,但有小小特徵似自閉傾向.但問題唔大喎 hoho自閉傾向特徵:1.視覺刺激(鐘意望玩具車內裏&滚動著嘅車look,但又唔會沈迷)   2.鸚鵡學語(因hoho啱啱由口水尾轉變為有自發性短句,所以未肯定)  3.記憶比認知快好多.姑娘話hoho雖有似自閉傾向特徵但問題不大,話hoho無因執行為/無偏食/社交雖然弱但他唔怕人唔怕新境,也有和別人用情交流/眼神雖弱但唔係逃避嗰隻,因他太心急無耐性/愛玩/還算聽指示/蠱惑.話如第3項都攪掂就真係ok.

I'm glad to hear this good news from you.  Same to your case, I feel more relax after attended the assessment from Ha Kwai Chung hospital few weeks ago.  Normally, the kids with autistic features at early stage and they may not be the autistic children at the end.  My girl is this kind of case when she was diagnosed as autistic features around 2.5 years old and after 1 year training then she was assessed non autistic by Ha Kwai Chung last month.

Last week, she was assessed by OT from Heep Hong that her writing ability was good and she would be no problem with her writing in K2.  All left is her social skills !

However, we still need to keep on working hard becasue they have to be trained with social skills and speech.

自從hoho返學後(i位)真係進步好快,但我知佢唔開心&壓力好大,所以我係屋企無同佢做訓練.但e家我會同佢做返訓練,星期一我會同i老師傾吓.妳囡囡最後評定唔係自閉傾向,但重需要訓練,她問題究研係咩呢?會唔會係性格問題?但妳囡囡讀主流學校又唔多啱喎?????why .........why  why?當我聽到姑娘話佢有可能係自閉傾時,講真我真係有唔開心,好似被插一刀咁,因傷口唔係大深,加上我d亞Q精神,今日無嘢lu....... 講真只係字眼上之嘛 係唔係佢都係要訓練架啦    e家再等佢3y返伏德,到時係見醫生&耳(因今次佢唔合作囉 )

She needs training becasue she has problem with speech delay and weak in social skills.  She feels anxiety while dealing with people.  Now she receives training at Heep Hong and her performance is quite good in small class.

Regarding 讀主流 kindergarten,  my girl's ability is OK to study at those schools according to the comments from doctors in 2 different assessments.  Nobody recommends me that she needs I-seat after 2 assessments respectively while my girl was 2.5 years and 3yrs 10 mths.  I feel no objection if she is required to take I-seat but those doctors said no.  They said that EETC training is more suitable for her.

I think that my girl's ability can adapt the curriculum in mainstream kindergarten but she is quite naughty - luckily she will not run & run in the class or disturb other classmates.  She is weak in discipline and social skills and also sometimes she will not understand those long instructions from teachers becasue of her speech delay.

Though she is not labelled as non autistic, it does not mean that all problems have been solved.  Perhaps she will have another problem found in future, that's why we will not stop training to her!  

In fact, I have intention to find another kindergarten with I-seat (we only can apply a normal place) but my husband & I like the current one and the school also supports my girl very much.  

We finally decide to enhance the communication with the school more than before and I will prepare a detailed portfolio of my girl's case to K2 teachers next year.  Hope that my girl will behave much better while she is stepping into age 4 at K2.

Sorry to write in English as recently I'm very busy with guiding my elder girl to revise exam and it will take too long to write in Chinese for that moment.

Keep positive with your Hoho and I'm sure you will get very good news after 1 or 2 years!

今日去sogo, 發現有新玩具.

一塊特別的布, 內有兩支特別的筆, 一個三角型, 一個圓型, 一個正方形的印,, 一個碌碌下印碌.

甘支特別的筆加水, 個印台加水, 就可以印落塊特別的布上邊, d水乾左就不見左d野, 可以訓練佢地寫野, 吸印仔, 又不驚整到成手成屋都係.

還可以叫佢地濕左隻手仔, 腳仔印落 塊布度, 好得意架.

有extra的印仔賣, 我買左d車仔&船仔.

但盒野都幾貴, 承惠350元, extra的印仔就85元

10/7--31/7/2005   12:15---1:00  $650  4/堂,
囝囝剛返了2堂, (有1堂病了) 今天囝囝屬習了環境, 學習的態度好了好多, 肯跟老師玩, 學,  說話, 專心也改善了. 我應該會繼續讀此課程.
另"醒目仔女"感知遊戲小組也重新有1期開了.
10/7---31/7 1:15---2:15   $160.00/4堂, 如上滿4堂可退回100.00.
原來一直幫小朋友上堂的義工哥哥是"職業治療師"學生. 當然在課后我地知他是專業人仕會"博命問東西了"其中一樣就是玩"住飯仔" 遊戲, 如會玩一些"縮小板的住飯仔"就更好, 因比正常的除多了模仿外, 還有"想像力".
另問了一止就讀s位 的媽咪, i位 or e位好, 佢地 話如"教導者"能一起倍同上課 當然是e位好, 但如只是工人上堂, 就i位好些, 因密集些, 另外再補ot 或其它. 但s位就另計, 因s位什麼也有了. (導師也建議囝囝讀i位好些, 再找, 協康, 醫院再補助ot, st).

2個班都是'唐氏綜合症協會'辨的. & 星期日. 地址是;
東頭村振興樓地下. (考試局附近) tel  2718 7774  找 蔡姑娘
音樂治療班 是 1:4  
醒目仔女是同唐氏寶寶一起上的  1: 6 (我地只有一個唐氏寶寶 &是輕度的, 在言語上種好過我地, )
全部是家長陪同, & 2y----4y.
(今次 協會還送 2張大人 '海洋公園'免費飛. 至 6月尾用.)   
我地都問點解協會攪此類班. 姑娘答 : 因香港以前每年 60--70個唐氏寶寶, 現醫療設備好了, 約有 30--40個左右, 所以多了此類班, 吾希望政府cut 資源, 佢地有d 比唐氏參加的活動真是好平, 4堂都是幾十元炸.
導師只是比了一個簡單的資料表, 佢地有個'自閉証定長自務小組 是 比12y以上的小朋友上的 真是好平, 5/8--23/9 星期5    $200.00   8/堂, 已包括場租 &導師費.
