Ha? but my edler is still only once in Chinese and once in English.(from his P.2 to now) You know, I don't have any experience about P.1.

我住City Garden附近, 上星期去過和富家居庭睇過2-3間,
其中一間叫'太陽村', 看似規模幾好, 仲可以幫我安排lunch同帶仔仔去校巴站 .
但我husband死都要話找返wanchai區既turtorial central, 覺得果區先補得好 . 要等我husband下個星期一問佢個朋友介紹一間o係wanchai區

any kid is studying in 1C? any comment about the teacher of Chinese subject (is the class teacher too)? Does she know how to write chinese???? Her writing is soooooo bad!!

My boy is IC student. I know what U means, yes, I have the same feeling with you, I M quite disappointed with the class teacher, but what can we do, just accept all the things within this year, Poor 1C class.

She is a new teacher! Her writing is so bad, I can't imagine if the kids need to follow her in this year!!!!! :cry:

My son also in P1C, I have already got that she is new at parent day.  How many teachers come into the classroom that day, just see she is the new teacher.

But no way...!

Hey! Did u remember that Miss Wong (english teacher) said that she is teaching P1C by USA english.  I want to know that the teachers in St. Jo  are use same method? How about at P2? If not, our sons learn it by USA english then how can they follow when they are P2?

My son is in 1G, his English teacher also Miss Wong, she did not mention she'll teach the children by USA method.  She just said she accepts the pronunciation either English and USA style.

I know that she also accept both style of english, but 我記得佢話...例如 garage 個音佢會教小朋友讀 USA 個音. 唔通我誤會左? 我仲記得 next to me 既家長仲話 "咁就慘喇!" 唔通我地一齊聽錯?

我都有問到同班同學既媽咪, 佢都話Miss Wong 無話會教any style of English, 只係話美式英式都接受,吾會當佢地錯，但係例如"triangle", 一定要小朋友讀"tri" 高音D, "name" 就一定要好正碓咁讀(n sound 後發出Long a sound)  係吾係有D誤會？  Miss Wong 都好nice ka, 不如你打電話返學校問佢啦!

DEar Parents:
I think Miss wong is a good teacher. NO matter USA or England style , I will appreciated. Most important, she is not speaking SINGalish or INglish or Philiglish.  THose style of english are terrible.  During the parent day in July, Miss wong was supposed to be the class teacher of IC, but so disappointed , it changed to a new teacher. I just so worry about the whole class's progress and standard.

我都記得佢話 "triangle", 一定要小朋友讀"tri" 高D音, "name" 用重鼻音讀, 我都覺得佢好 nice, 亦知佢一定教得好, 因為聽到佢講既英文都好好, 只是驚如果用美式教, 小朋友第日遇到另一老師授課時, 另一D 老師會以為阿仔讀錯!

Chinglish 港式英語 is terrible as well.
For example: "USA English" is Chinglish. The correct term should be "American English".

And what is even worse?  Chinglish-speaking people criticize American English.
Actually, American English is very common in Hong Kong.  We have been immersed in American English in our daily life, like the movies we watch, most TV programmes we watch . . .

I don't think people, especially English teachers, with good English standard would have difficulties in understanding American accent.  
One more point, no matter 英式英語 or 美式英語, they are following the same set of grammar rules.

Miss Wong is the English teacher of class 1 A & 1C, she is not the class teacher of any class. She introudce herself to us also said so.

On the parents' meeting, Miss Leung, the principal has introduced all class teachers to parents. There wasn't any misunderstood.

In my class, Miss Wong was clearly to emphasis that she would let children to learn the prouncation of both 英式英語 & 美式英語. She always emphasis the importance of phonics and request children to watch  her lips as to distingulish the similary prouncation e.g. n vs m.

Miss Wong is really......one of the excellent teachers (qualification)I'm so surprised that she was arranged to teach P.1.

點解今哋在開家長會時講咁多嘢既?我仔仔嗰班1D,Miss Wu做班主任/英文老師,都無講過用英式英語或美式英語,唔通我聽唔到?

有事想請問,

個仔書包被"界"爛了，但問他知不知是什麼時候發生，
他說不知道，只可以確定是在昨天發生，
因工人說上學時仍是好好的。

但他是坐校車上下課，我想不到仍有什麼地方�機會給勾爛，
因去到禮堂是要排隊和把書包放在地上，
上到課室又是要把書包放好。

他自上學到現在都向我投訴在同站上車的兩兄弟（P2 & P3)不停在車上煩擾他（因他們是前後行），更時常吵架。

當時我提意過他『可以扮聽不到，而面部仍要保持笑容，他便沒你辦法。』，那兩天他照做，他說他們因沒他辦法而發脾氣。

現在發生了這事情，我真的不想把這兩件事連在一起去想。

而這個星期，晚晚都發惡夢，開口夢都是離不開”走開∼”，”不要再∼”。

在個情況下，我可以點做？
