Re: Think International School
jenny234125,
I did not have chance to pick my girl up at school. I only called the school to talk to the principal a few times when I needed. I also talked to her personally when I attended the X'mas party.
I discussed with the principal in details before I decided to register for K1, as I have similar concern as yours. I feel that the principal is quite knowledgeable and helpful, she can tell a lot info. about selecting primary schools.
I know one dragon school can avoid a lot of hazals and uncertainty. However, I do not intentionally select one dragon school, unless it is super good. I will select a school with primary and secondary, but does not need to be 100% one dragon. I believe my girl needs to work hard a bit to compete for good schools, and also needs to adopt changes of schools, accept different challenges from different schools. I want to put my girls to better and better schools when they grow up, according to their capabilities. I personally prefer this rather than betting my kid's fate in one school for 16 years. This is only my view. |
