my son also had the same case as before. He had high fever even after drug for over 6 days. U shoud push them to drink much water right now.
hope them recover so soon.

My son is running fever today and can't attend the playgroup on this morning.  I wish he can recovery soon and attend the first class on next Monday.

Hi all,

Just want to share my feelings with you all.  I walked my son to take the school bus this morning.  It was his first time to be on his own with strangers (he used to go to the nursery school with my maid and my mother-in-law).  I was a bit worried that he might cry aloud.  To my surprise, he asked me to go when he saw the bus and when he waved bye-bye to me and my maid with a happy smile, I felt my eyes wet and my maid's too.  The feeling is mixed when I see my son grow up a lot.

To me that was a strange feeling, too.  My husband and I knew that today is his first day of school and it is also his lunar birthday. So, yesterday, both of our parents wanted to celebrate the birthday with their grand son.  So they made it and we went to two different places for that.   He was too happy yesterday that made him had a lot of bad dreams.  He cries a lot at night.  Plus his egg allergies problem has come again...

This morning, we woke him up at the last minute, 'cos he really slept not well last night.  He had a little bit of breakfast, plus chocolate (he asked for it).   We left home.  The whole journey to me was full of worried.  Although he did not cry when he got on the bus, up to now, I am still worried about him.  I don't know if he was very itch at school.  I don't know if there is anything happened to him if  he did not sleep well.

Hi Summer,

I feel the same as you.  I was so restless this morning in the office, looking at the watch all the times and my mind was always with my son.  I told my maid this morning that she must be at the bus stop 5 mins before it arrives at 11:50 pm or else the teacher might scold her.  Just now she called me at 12:10 pm and said that she should be the one to scold the teacher as the bus has not yet arrived and she waited for 30 mins already.  She saw other kids from Kentville instead by private van.  Maybe it's the first day and the transport was a bit in chaos?

K1既功課都唔係咁深, 佢本身又肯去寫字睇書既話, 其實妳應該唔使太擔心~~妳可以睇下每次學校派比家長睇既syllabus (半張A4紙), 我會問番囡囡係咪學左上面既野, 佢通常都會話番比我聽!    再有疑問, 我會致電班主任, 佢地係空檔時都會立刻覆番我, 幾nice架!!

My son just gave me a call told me that felt very happy in school.  How are about your son & have you take the school bus?

Hello! Meiki!  My son is in K1A too.  His name is Timothy Lai.  Nice to meet you.  I take half-day off today and go to school with him.  He is very happy and he likes his teacher very much (Miss So).

My son was crying seriously these two days but my daughter is okay. His daddy and grandma brought them to school. As the school bus station is little bit far away from my house, we will take private minibus later.

I think the girl will more mature than the boy.

Have you told your son the school fun or try to let him decide what snack will be brought to the school?  It may let him more enjoy the school life.
