my girl came back after seeing doctor.
She was so tired that she fell asleep again.  Basically, since last night, she's been asleep except for eating, taking medicine, seeing doctor, and diarrhea:cry:

I called school but the teachers are having a meeting.  I left a message, asking her classmistress to call me.  
Want to know what would the report be like if my girl did not take the tests tomorrow.  The staff said there's no makeup tests and the final marks on the report will base on 平時分!????  

Hope her fever will be gone by tomorrow.  Even without studying, I would prefer her to take the tests.  I don't mind her getting low marks.  I want her to participate and be responsible.  Do all her best given her current health condition.

My girl just wake up but still with fever.
Her classmistress is very nice.  
If she still have fever tomorrow morning, then I shall let her stay home and rest.
The teacher said that the only influence on her report is no ranking and the total mark of these subjects sums up to only 60 instead of 100.
I also asked the teacher to separate my girl from the rest of the class if she go to school tomorrow, not want to spread the flu to others.

Would you think you should take her to the hospital to have a check. Last time my daughter got fever for more than 2 days, I let her stayed in the hospital so she can be well take care and do the blood examination etc. My daughter had been in hospital twice because of high fever.

I saw from my daughter's handbook, they need to do homework for CV.Edu WS, what's that? Can you advise, I want to finish all outstandings so that we can go out for a break tomorrow. Thanks.

It is a sheet of handout given out on Sat.

I'd prefer not to.  I sent her to hospital once because of high fever, then the doctor take blood sample, x-ray,種菌...  When I look back, it seems that these are not necessary at all.
The last time she stayed in hospital for about a week because of pneumonia, so horrible, fever can be as high as 106C.   Many lung x-rays taken.
For those who haven't take 肺鏈球針，快D打。

You really think 肺鏈球針 is a must? I always think that they should build up a healthy body to prevent disease rather than taking so much injection.

Actually, in countries like Australia and Canada, 肺鏈球針 is included in the vaccination program and given to every babies because of the seriousness of this disease.
Unlike chicken pox, pneumonia can kill.  HK govt just don't want to spend extra money on 肺鏈球針 as it's almost $3000 each baby.

Thanks so much! I've taken half day leave to help my daughter 溫書 but I think Chinese is too difficult la, don't put too much hope on it.

其實聽到老師話她 Monday 都唔係好精神，都有D心痛:-| 。
She already slept 12 hours the night before but still feel tired...  Normally, she can only sleep 9 hours.

Anyway, you also need to take a rest too, don't put too much pressure on you or your daughter.

Agree of what Pear72 said, if take so much injection, then the kid won't have strong body to kill the disease. It's true i believe.

My daughter is playing piano now for a rest. She is now playing the song of  'Snake dance" from the school music book. She so enjoy to play it & i sing the song. She can have enough satisfaction of showing her talent.
