Deloitte 同 EY 投放好多資源係國內，但好多時都仲要同香港branch爭拜意。依家佢地香港都唔多掂，遲早爆大鑊

還記得初為父母時，對孩子的期望嗎？我當時只想他/她平平安安，健健康康。
隨著時光飛逝，人的期望慢慢變了，變得越來越有要求。所以要經常提醒自己：毋忘初心！

如果係要考試的話，應該係要考試合格之後先可以claim得返course fee 同埋考試費

疫情結束後，2022年下半年起科技業景氣急轉直下，如今仍持續面臨不景氣，根據「Layoffs.fyi」最新統計，全球1178家科技公司累計裁員26萬771人，預估2023年每天都有超過714人失業，其中Google是這波裁員人數最多的公司。

數據顯示，2023年有3家公司裁員人數破萬，其中Google裁1.2萬人最多，微軟、臉書母公司Meta也都有1萬名員工被裁，其他包括亞馬遜裁9000人，愛立信被裁人數則約在8500人。

此外，美光裁員人數估達7200人、裁員幅度15%；英特爾今年更已啟動5波裁員，其加州研發中心不斷緊縮員額，明年將會持續祭出撙節措施。

Google大幅裁員也引發關注，Google廣告銷售部門高層日前示警，該部門現有3萬名員工打算進行重組，公司目前正在加大投資人工智慧相關領域，外界預料該可能成為下一波裁員的風暴中心。

爭生意唔出奇，國內公司在香港及國內同時上市，肯定有得爭。

阿仔以前嘅顧問服務，上海比香港service fee 多，人手多3、4倍，以廉價取勝，每日做到9-11。但有時項目做唔掂，都會搵香港幫手，不過香港收番成本價，即係上海嘅爛價嘅兩三倍。

疫情令不少公司被迫行WFH，當大家習慣咗之後開始cut人同cut office係正常不過
一向都話IT只係俾agent吹出嚟話好前景，現實係各大公司其中一個最大嘅cost center，要cut budget永遠係向IT個邊埋手先

聽阿仔及在倫敦工作朋友講，IT 方面wfh 及hybrid 還是主流，如果要返寫字樓，係好難請人，返唔到轉頭。

香港減寫字樓面積係大趨勢，而且生意唔好，cut 人，cut office size 係事在必行。

我個人覺得 IT 都係兩極化，傳統工種肯定係cost centre，新興工種都會係business. 或者 profit centre，還是在擴張，這兩年當然係慢咗。

我在一家start up做 INED，去到董事會，年初投資者會建議瘦身，減IT人及工程師數目，我持相反意見，因為business model 已經變咗，API 嘅customisation 需求增加，不能單靠買產品及recurring incomes ，系統對接十分重要。最近產品及服務ramp up 都係這個原因，特別在美國。再者，最近集資都係順利，不過這一輪係海外投資者為主。
