Yes, my son also told me about that before.  He said there are Ms. Luk & Ms. Chan in 1G.  Is that true?

I'd copied a message from other thread for your reference.  Seems that assessment was done already.  That girl (++) is really smart in telling her mom about the assessment process!

++話每個小朋友枱上都有幾張紙, 老師會逐個小朋友逐條問題解釋同發問, 然後小朋友作答及自己用筆圈答案及連線matching, 問卷內容有齊中文, English, number counting 同常識, 初初++唔係好明白乜野叫常識, 佢只模仿左老師嘅問題, 例如 : 中秋節會有乜乜食物? 咁小朋友就要答乜乜係乜野(即填充題)。至於中文, English 及 number 都係離不開認字, 配詞, 讀ABC , words, counting, shape 果d囉。
佢地未輪到做assessment 果d小朋友, 會分2組去music room 同somewhere (老人痴呆, 我唔記得左边到添)玩住先。

BTW, what ++ said reminded me of what Calix told me yesterday.  He said he had gone to other class and therefore he cried...he said 中秋節，食月餅...he also said "circle the correct one"...

That ++'s mom also said the assessment paper will be distributed after 2 weeks.

I wonder if two classes will have music class together. If yes, that will be a huge class (60+ kids)

1H's teachers are Ms. Chan & Ms. Lam.  My son always said 第一個Ms. Chan & 第二個Ms. Chan.  Therefore I guess that there should be 2 Ms. Chan during the music lesson.

Some moms said they'd bought the grey cardigan from Giodano kids which is soft and costs $205@.

Have you taken Calix's pants to the tailor yet?  If so, where is it? Is it in Hung Hom?  I would like to do the same for Alton too.

Also, could you tell me where do you buy the cardigan in Hung Hom?  I also want to buy one too.

Yesterday morning was very cold and I let Alton wore winter PE uniform and winter uniform today.

I met Ms. Lai at school when I picked up Calix last Friday.  She also said Calix cried for a while only.  Yet, Ms. Lai told me that Calix is quite resistant to sit with other kids together...Calix said 3 in a row is very 迫.  Also, Ms. Lai said Calix is still like a BB and looks tiny.

Hi Alton's Mom,

Yes, I'd taken Calix's pants to the tailor which is at Wu Kwong Street (next to Welllcome Supermarket; opposite to Zung Fu Motor Company 仁孚車行).  Their contact no. is 2364 1900.

As Calix is very thin, the tailor suggested to change the 褲頭 to 橡筋褲頭 so that it becomes smaller but elastic.  If Calix becomes bigger size in future, he can still wear it by adjusting the 橡筋褲頭.  It looks goods but I'm afraid if that's permitted by the school.  Yet, so far I received no complaint from Ms. Chan and actually it's not easy to be seen if Calix wears a jacket outside.  The above change costs $60.

For the grey cardigan, I bought it from the shop who sells Fung Kei's school uniforms and other kids apparels at 1/F Hung Hom Market.  It's called 漢記.  It has a woolmark label and costs $109.

I'd also seen one from Elle which is around $150 (after 50% discount). It looks softer but is light grey (the one I bought from Hong Kee is charcoal grey).  

Some moms also suggested the one at Giordano Kids which costs $205@.

I hv a question - do we all get the same 2 books fr home reading ?  The "ice cream" and the "mosquito"?
The mosquito looks very difficult and hv lots of words.......oh dear....
