Calm, take a deep breath and play kit kat time, time stop, take a break and walk away from the scene and be clam to walk back to the scene.

Unhappy, stress, worry is a natural feeling you have encountered but the solution is more important too.

For sure your son's exam paper has a higher level of complexity and difficulty to compare to my son.  Marks are crucial and important but we need to know in which part they lost the majority of marks.  That is to identify the weaknesses and to work out for him.  Whether this is from the textbook knowledge or supplementary exercise knowledge, if so, you have the answers.

Some EQ theories to share with you which I have attended Charles Yu Training:-
1. Difficulty is a challenge;
2. Failure is a learning opportunity;
3. To accomplish same task, better performance than the previous task;
4. When the stress increase, plan ahead the time;
5. When angry, talk to someone;
6. Facing strong contestants, be prepared with the goals and objectives

因為每年都有選舉，我唔想好似拉票咁鬼老土，
見你都講左，咁我先至講出黎咋。
佢一開始都係想幫母校做D 野，你知你地華仁仔，
總有一顆強烈歸屬感既心，幫到手便好想幫既。
來年希望各位家長都繼續幫手，因為華仁媽真係好掂既，
家長義工個個都好落力，舊年既音樂會我深深感受到，
我覺得好感動，睇到我眼紅紅，雖然亞仔都無份表演。

係心情咁差的時間,見到大家的鼓勵說話,真係好感動,多謝大家關心.
我大少3年級前的成績都幾好,考試時都唔使點溫,都有10名左右,但到4年級後就一宜向下滑,而家二少成績差好多,唯有安慰自己遲2年會開竅.
而家的測驗真係深好多,以前溫晒所有書就得.現在多了思考的題目,考試時間又無加時,諗得來都寫無時間寫.正如SINDY-MOTHER講不能令到他們氣屢,要多些鼓勵,需然心情差,我都讚下二少能夠完成份試卷,有寫標點符號....,講真佢見到自己的成績都好唔開心,明明好比心機溫....

我地約出黎見面食野都好多次了，
以前我老公好怕我會遇上網上騙徒，
你知警訊都做唔少啦！
亞仔BB 班我已上BK 了，
而家仲聚左一班華仁媽，好好呀，
不時大家報吓料，不過唔想太高調既，
始終網上平台太多人流，你明啦。

而家D 小朋友都係一直向前行既，
測驗考試比以前深左係在所難免，
令佢地思考多D，咁先係學習既正確方法，
如果只是搬字過紙的話，可能係容易D 攞高分，
但為著佢地將來長大處事未必有得著。
好似倫宗測驗個個都9 字頭，讀熟書本便可以了，
但幾多隻仔能夠真正活出基督既精神？

I've been watching for this forum quite some time but never been joining the chat (coz I'm a working mom, it's not convenient to use the working hour to attend private issue, it's so obvious).  And just want to let all of you know that I really gained a lot from all your valuable comments & remarks here.   

P.S.  Lun papa is really "Ying" wor!  I guess Lun "Siu" must be a handsome boy la.

妳都講得好啱.好似我大少已經係只靠記性讀書,所以成績追唔到.今朝都諗緊點可以提昇下亞仔的思考,因為升上小二後,每天都忙著溫書,假期就去打波,溫默書,無時間去沙灘,公園,博物館玩....睇黎都要改變下.星期六短週就一定要outing.

多謝各位安慰，自問尋晚都已經好沉住度氣，因為亞仔測英文時都係病梗，食完藥都迷迷糊糊，初時都唸過唔返學，不過中文測驗又殺埋身，都唯有硬著去啦。不過我從來冇見過老豆對個仔咁惡，雖然都係陰聲細氣同佢傾，不過氣氛就好... 嚴重喔。
