Preston also had A+ no.3 b4, but I changed to Pedisure b4 3 yrs old. Pedisure is suitable for children from age 1-10,esp. for kids that do not eat a lot, easily get sick, it contains more supplements. I changed this coz Preston got sick a lot after going to school. He showed significant changes after taking this formula for few months. Even if he gets sick(touchwood), he recovers faster, has better appetite (a bowl of rice every night) and so far OK. You can try this for Brian coz he can gain some weight too.

I don't know what supplement is good. So far Preston is have Pedisure (milk), one DNA pill in am with milk, Scott's. I know there are some vitamins candies for kids. Preston doesn't really like it but you can try.

Brian tried Pediasure before but it seems that he didn't like the taste much.  He could only drink a little each time, so I switched back to A+ No. 3.  However, kids' taste changes so often.  Will let him try once more.

my daughter is allergic to many food, too. Egg white, tomato, oats, wheats... and she gets colds easily and coughing frequently. (although she was a big baby 8.9 pounds when she was born). I have tried many kinds of food and vitamins with her, but it seems that it didn't quite work. until I've found this one.
after taking it for one month, my daughter is much more healthier and (touch wood) not getting sick now. i would sincerely recommend it to other kids !

Which toy library did you go to? We went to the Central library but it's always so full and need to book one week in advance. If there is another not so crowded, pls let me know.

Lydia is right.  The toy library that I mentioned is in Central Library.  It's always full.  You have to make advance booking 7 days before (say if you want to go next Sat, you  have to make booking this Sun).  Better before 11am. (T) 2921 0386.

There are really different kinds of toys.  Yet, they won't play many different toys during a session.  Maybe focusing on 2 or 3.  Kids always find toys attractive.  Though they have many toys related to trains & cars, they won't feel bored playing new ones.

You may visit once & see if you like it or not.  Anyway, going to the library is good.

Pedisure is 'bo yee ka ying so"(sorry I can't type Chinese coz my new computer has not install chinese yet). There are quite a lot of advestisement on TV recently. The one with a boy does not want to eat anything and made the whole family frustrated and finally he likes to drink this milk. My son has been trying for more than half a yr and he likes it and still drinking 3 times milk a day (7ox in am, 4oz in pm and b4 sleep).

I've watched this program online.  

Brian is also allergic to certain kinds of food, like banana, but he is less serious.

It's always difficult for parents of those kids.  They have to prepare food very carefully to avoid having those allergic food.  In the other way round, they have to make sure that their kids will have a balanced diet.

By the way, is the food test your son did before the same as that shown?  Was it painful?

My son was also not that serious.  The effect would be rough skin & he would scratch a lot.

Yet, he also has 鼻敏感.

The food test done in QM was exactly the same.  However, the variety of food test done in Dr. Chan's clinic is a lot wider (about 40 - 50 kinds of food).  It was not painful at all, unlike the boy in the program.

Brian also has problem with his nose.  His nose will be blocked every two to three days and I have to clean it for him frequently.

He took a preventive medicine called Singulair for six months.  However, I didn't see any improvement.
