各位SRL KG家長:
唔好意思, 冒昩打擾一下。因小女今年要參加小一派位, 想揀SRL, 但我們沒有宗教分, 只有大女+適鹷15分, 所以想問吓各位KG家長, 是否多數SRL KG的小朋友都是天主教徒, 和多數都會揀返SRL PS? 如果係咁, 即係15分都冇咩機會?唔該哂!!

Hi, Wai ma,

My girl did not mention that it will better wear pants.  She loves dress and selected a dress with T-shirt for today.  Luckily it is not really a party dress.

She is also terrible in the homework.  Yesterday, she spend more than 1 hour to finished the Chinese.  And she insisted me to do the homework with her. I did not give her 虛線 to trace but gave her the starting point and ending point so that she can target where to start and where to end.  This help a lot in the speed of her writing.

My elder girl is doing OK in the school and she likes the school.  She likes the "Recess" most.  I gave her $10 everyday and told her that if she does not spend it, she can save it and we will bank in the money by end of each month.  She likes this idea and told me that she will try not to spend the money.  So far, she only make one purchase and spend $1.  Not bad.  However, she has a bit problem in the handbook.  She will make errors on copying the notes from the blackboard.  Sometime missing a few words, sometime duplicate the points.  I will then need to call other mums to verify.  Other than this problem, she is so far so good.  If MCS is like St. Rose to have the handbook online, this will really help.

My girl also chose a dress with T-shirt today.  Anyway, hope all of them enjoy the party.

Not all the girls in St. Rose KG are Catholic and bear in mind that there are girls from outside who has 20 marks as well.

Last year, 20 marks for sure got the seats in Primary section and 15 marks will be lucky draw in 1st round.  But you should also understand that data in every year is different.

You have only 15 marks, so if you are lucky, it is possible to get a seat in 1st round in St. Rose and the Holy Family (Kln Tong).  Or, you should consider some other schools which do not have any religious background.

如果唔係係到聽見你咁講,我都唔知原來heihei都係懵豬豬tim因為上星期她只提要帶tissue box做勞作-書包(actually we knew this from the school notice too)but she never mentioned帶一條剪得既帶. anyway she brought back her書包作品and introduce to us yesterday.

Yes, my girl also said need to bring some pictures about "disney" &  "中秋節" to school.  But, the teacher just keep the pictures about "中秋節" yesterday, and my daughter just bring back the "disney" one.  So I'm not sure, may be I need to ask my daughter again.

It's good to chat here so that we can know what they should bring to school and know more their school life.  Wai Wai didn't tell me that she needs to bring Disney and 中秋節 pictures.  After the summer holidays, she forgets to tell me to bring anythings which the teacher tells.  I think I should ask her what to bring every night.

this tue, heihei gave me a small paper clipped together with a white card (4”x3”)& something typed on the small paper by her english teacher,ms au who asked us to write down our kid's english name on the given white name card & we can make it more beautiful, this card need to bring back next tue, maybe you can check your girl's school bag see whether there is such kind of paper/card or not (i mean different class may cause先/後on receiving the teacher's requested), may be your girl really did not receive anything from her teacher, don't

No way to know this data.  Even if you have this data, it is still meaningless to you.  Say, I am aCatholic and have 20 marks, so I finally not selected St. Rose in the first round.  I am not the exceptional case.  Moreover, there are girls with 20 marks, who are not studying in St. Rose KG and will select St. Rose in the 1st Round.  Therefore, please don't spend time in this question.  Again, it is pointless to ask and it really can't help in your decision for St. Rose Primary or any other schools.  This primary allocation system is like paying "Show hand" cards and you don't know what the others is hiding  (You won't kow the number of applications of each school and the marks of the applicants when you submit the forms or even after the submission.).  You can only decide if you want to follow or quit.  I did say this is a gamble on our luck in this system.  So, what you need to consider is if you want to play it safe or take the risk.  If it is the later, be prepared for the worst and find backup of school for your girl.  Then let fate do the rest.

However, for your information, almost 2/3 of the girls from St. Rose KG go to the primary section this year (1st round + 2nd round + 3rd round).

My girl haven't told me she needs to bring something back to school.  I asked her did Miss Lai tell you to bring some pictures about Autumn Festival or disney.  She says "No".

My girl said there’s a girl 退學 and ‘sum sum’ transfer to Cloud group but she doesn’t said any new comer or not.

Charise never mentioned to bring 一條剪得既帶返去做(書包) , anyway she brought back the 書包artwork last week.

I asked Charise did Ms Chan tell her to bring Disney/中秋節 pictures to school, she said ‘NO’.  I asked her again tonight, she said “you can ask Ms Chan by phone”.

I saw a small card written down her name, she said teacher asked them to decorate the card (painting/drawing). I asked her shall she bring back to school.  First, she said ‘no’ then said ‘yes’ and had no idea what is it for . I put it back to the notice bag but next day it’s still in the notice bag.

I asked Miss Chan and she told me that the card is for them to draw something they think beautiful.  Then give back to the teacher.  I don't remember is for Miss Chung or Miss Mak.  Anyway, I girl already drew the pictures and gave it back to her teacher.

I just know my son has to bring the "english name card" back to school when I visited the chat room this morning.

He said that bring the card is not necessary, he isn't concentrated all the time.

Fortunately, here is many 低班  mummies, then I can have information about what they studied in school.
