Dear 510,
My girl told me that in Vocab Writing A, she has to write:
1) This is a letter from Holly Wong to her penfriend.
2) Please write to me soon.
My daughter did not write down any sentence on Eng Free writing book during the class.
However, she could write down some simple sentences like I am ..., I like ..., etc after returning home.
I guess her teacher has provided some sample sentences or guidelines for them to write. Her teacher told her that she could write anything she liked. I just let her try anyway.
Chin. Dict. should be 晚飯.
Eng. Dict. should be on Magic 1B p. 4-5.
I can't help on Vocab Writing because it is blank.
Fortunately, SLAM has provided the contents.
It is really hard to follow my girl homework without the help from other parents.
Thank you for sharing information.

As for Eng Vocab, there is only 1 sentence this time (from Magic p.5): "Please write to me soon."
Vocab for last time was also from. p.5:
"This is my brother.
His name is Harry.
He can draw."

my daughter is K3 appling GH
GH is my first choice since we lives in Sai Kung
would you mind to tell me--
what is the view /action for teachers -
1. if students forget to bring books or homework back to school?
2. if a students fail in dictation or exam?
3. there is a rumor that teachers don't like Kumon maths, is that true
For point 3, I remembered that the Headmistress mentioned on the orientation day that she did not recommend student to be occupied by too many activities, Kumon is an example.

According to my girl, the Blue paper is to write book report for the very first book. Then, in October, write down all the English books your girl has read on the Yellow paper first. When the Yellow paper has filled up, then make copies from the Green paper. After you have those extra copies, you can start to fill up the Green paper. Once Green paper has been filled, write on those extra copies.

thanks!
but how about other academic lessons or tutorials?
Don't mention that. We just share with each other. In fact this forum gives me much information and support. Without your information, I think I can't handle my girl's work every day!!
The schedule is really tight for the girls to have both Chinese and English dictation every week. I originally hope to revise the text taught each day with my girl. But the homework and dictation occupy all of our time on weekdays. Luckily, my girl still can go to sleep at around 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
