me too...
jessica sleep at 10:00 but usually later than that time .....so don't want to wake up in the morning...especially monday morning .....i use some new small toys (the toy from seven eleven) to let her open her eyes.....sometimes work...     
of course this should not for long term so i must force her to sleep early...

你地唔好講,我唸無人夠彤彤早,佢個鬧鐘6點搭10就響,多數佢都會攤5分鐘先離開張床!    不過好在佢好早訓,9點就訓覺!咁早叫佢地食早真係好難架,之前買面包見佢梗落去個樣都鄧佢辛苦!好在而家佢like食boiled egg,朝朝食一隻就攪掂!唯有多d拎jam bread做茶點,唔係佢實好餓!

  i am sorry to tell u that I have to hold a meeting that morning. therefore, I couldn't bring Isaac for the mock interview. let's meet some time later.

  in that case, i have to submit the form in the afternoon after work. . Hope that makes no difference of being accepted.

ISAAC 習慣返學日子夜晚九點半就訓, 同埋佢係訓得好LUM 果隻(我夜晚開燈睇佢有無"符" 被, 佢都唔會"殘" 醒), 可能因為有"優質"     睡眠, 佢好少賴床 !

但同好多其他小朋友一樣, 佢朝朝都只係飲杯奶. 我比蛋糕/餅乾佢做小點(但都係食好少). 所以一定要煮好飯等佢放學一返到屋企就有飯食    

最後想請問你地囝囝/囡囡而家食飯仲要唔要人餵 ?

ISAAC 就肚餓時或同我朋友食飯時會自己食 (扮乖 ?!), 響婆婆屋企食飯就食一半就話飽, 若有人餵就成碗食哂 !!! 激死我 !

I won't feed him too coz I think he's old enough to eat by himself. I always warn him I won't give him any snack between meal if he didn't eat enough in the meal. And, I really mean it !

However, my mom always worry if Isaac won't have enough nutrients and will feed him anyway.

yes lor, my mum do similar things as well.  eg. my son somehow eat very slow and my mum will feed him coz she scare the lunch or dinner will become cold......

But i never feed him as well coz i want him to do independant and able to serve himself

i think this is the major difference between being a mom and being a grandmom. I remembered my mom asked me to eat by myself when I was a girl anyway.

We might  feed our grandchild in the future too, kakakakaka~~~

I just came back home and checked my son dictation......he only got 90 marks for chinese but 100 marks for eng, for maths, he got 100 marks for 1 and the other is 90 marks........

As i said b4, i checked his homework tonight and i found again a lot of careless mistakes!!!  But he was already slept...........so i need to ask him to corrent it again by tomorrow morning

小兒今年將報讀幼稚園,根德都在我考慮之列,想聽聽家長們對這所kindergarten的評價:
1) 能提供愉快的學習環境嗎? 孩子開心嗎?
2) 聽說kv can train kids to be independent, i.e. they can do the homework by themselves, not relying on parents' guidance, 屬實嗎？
3) 學校跟家長的溝通足夠嗎?
4) 孩子普遍都有參加外面的extracurricular activities嗎? (How many activities?) Is it compulsory?
5) any comment on traditional teaching method? Is it too inflexible?
6) Generally do you think the kinder is good?
