welcome back !  how long was your trip ?  glad to hear your son enjoyed the trip.

was it the first time he took a flight ?  how did he feel ?

Haha, 呢次係佢人生第一次坐飛機, 我話比佢知就黎起飛啦, 佢就話 “一飛沖天”呀, 佢好開心! 但因為早機, 我地零晨5點鐘就要起身, 所以都有少少呆滯,好在無發脾氣. 食完個飛機餐就訓佐, 直到落機.

我地玩佐5日. 原本想plan 6 or 7日, 但始終第一次帶佢出門, 擔心佢唔適應. 不過返到香港我同老公都話下次可以玩耐d, 而且我都覺得呢個地方好適合帶小朋友去, 因為呢度無其他東南亞地方咁雜, 比較純樸, 而且好有渡假感覺, 就算全日留係酒店唔出去都好enjoy.

我都好想同你地分享呢次旅行既相, 但我post唔到出黎, 如果你地有興趣, 歡迎你地留個email 比我, 我send 比你地睇.

It's good to know that ho lim enjoyed the trip.  By the way, did ho lim sleep well in the hotel?  Could he eat much the food there?

我地每日都有游水, 可能因此消耗好多體力, 所以都算訓得幾好.
出發前我曾擔心佢認地方, 考慮帶埋佢訓開個pillow去, 但我老公話去relax, 唔好好似走難咁, 所以打消佐念頭.
而且我地都無比佢訓bb 床, 比佢同我地訓係我地中間, 因為張床好大, 所以就算佢訓到360度轉都影響唔到我地.

至於飲食, 同平時都差不多, 朝早就會比平時食多佐, 因為佢起身飲完奶我地就會食早餐, 佢亦都會食少少奄列、蛋糕 & 腸仔, 跟住再會食多杯yoghurt. 如果lunch or dinner 食海鮮or 海南雞飯, 佢都會食多d, 因為佢鐘意食蝦同海南雞果d飯.

Welcome back. Glad to hear that ho lim behaved well and enjoy the trip. Sorry I forgot where did you go? Same as Preston, they are old enough to go on short trip now and better than we expect (maybe I was so worried b4 and think really bad). We're planning to go to Singapore in the summer.

so good that the bed was big enough.  my son could also changed his position 180 degrees during sleep.

wow, he ate a lot in the morning.  it's good that your son could eat most kinds of food. my son is allergic to quite many kinds of food, including egg, milk (certain kind), tomato, carrot, seafood with shell...

after knowing the details of your trip, i also want to go for one with my husband & son.

my son did scratch a lot all the time, esp before sleep every day.  we visit normal family doctor & could not get cured.  we tried a lot of methods.  at last, we sent him for food test about 6 months ago.  so, i could tell what kind of food he's allergic to.  the test was not a blood test.  the doctor just put some kind of liquid (different one represents different food) at the back.  after about 10 minutes, you would know the result.  if he's allergic to that kind of food, that area would look like 蚊咬.  it's simple.

my son sometimes cough at night & early in the morning.  we also cook him some kind of soup with 川貝, 龍'利'葉/鱷魚肉 & it also works

Too bad your son is allergic to so many food, so what kind of food he likes? You can give him vitamins if he cannot get enough nutrients from some of the food he is allergic to.

Glad that Brian has recovered. Preston also got sick yesterday. He had fever ~38.5 and complain of tummy pain  and after taking medication, he was fine, so we did not take him to the doctor and he is back to school today. I think he had too much watermelon at school(for lunch) and too much food and that made him sick. My new maid gave him a big bowl of rice every night, so big is like 1 and 1/2 of regular bowl and he finished all the night b4 and maybe is too much. Brian likes meat now?

May I know some more about the food test of your son?  The doctor just mentioned the blood and test to me.  I prefer the one you mentioned as it seems more simple and 'safe'.

I guess 1 1/2 bowl of rice is too much for Preston.  Don't let him eat too much as a time as it will cause prolonged damage to his stomach muscles.

Too bad to tell you that Brian still doesn't like meat.  He can only eat about 1 tablespoon of minced meat every time when he is fed by us but he refused to eat any meat when he feeds himself.

May I know what milk formula you are using for your kids?  Brian is having Enfagrow 3A+ now.  I heard that 4A+ is not that good so I plan to choose another formula for him.

the test showed that my son was really allergic to a lot of food.  some kind of supplements is good, but i don't know which is better.  any suggestion ?

since my son was allergic to Enfa milk, i changed to nestle half year ago & i think it's not bad.  i think you have choices like wyeth, snow brand, nestle..

sometimes kid really have strong preferences as to what food he likes.  opposite to brian, my son loves meat & do not like vegetables.

regarding the food test, the doctor put about 30 different kinds of liquid on the back of my son.  each kind represents one kind of food or thing that normal person is allergic to.  then, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for the result.  if you see that he's allergic to a certain kind of food or thing (say dust, mite), it will look like a bite.  and, the width of the 'bite' tells you how allergic he is to that food or thing.  it's really simple & safe.

the doctor suggested that we revisited again after about 6 months to see if the result would change.  she mentioned that if you avoid that kind of food for a while, your cell will recover.  maybe you will not be allergic to that food later.  we have not gone for a follow-up test yet.  maybe later.  it's not cheap.  consultation fee around $600 ?  test $1400 ?  something like that.  she's a famous one.  if you need details, i can send you.
