有關 2020-2021 年度中一自行分配學位事宜

鑑於香港特區政府已就新型冠狀病毒之最新疫情宣布全港學校繼續停課，且不早於 3 月 16 日復課，本校在徵得法團校董會同意下，決定以本校師生及面試者的健康及安全為首要考慮，取消原定於 2020 年 3 月 14 日舉行之中一自行分配學位面試，以減低病毒傳播風險。有關評分準則及比重亦將按早前公佈之內容修訂如下:

另，按教育局早前宣佈，「中一自行分配學位」申請結果公佈日期將由原定 3 月 31 日（星期二）改為 4 月 7 日（星期二），屆時本校將透過郵遞及電話，通知獲取錄學生之家長。

New arrangement of Secondary 1 Discretionary Places

In view of the development of the novel coronavirus epidemic, on 25th February the Education Bureau announced that all schools in Hong Kong would not resume classes before 20th April. Affected by the deferral of class resumption, we have decided to cancel the Secondary 1 Discretionary Places interview. The admission criteria and weightings have been amended as follows:

鑒於現時新型冠狀病毒的疫情日漸惡化，出現社區傳播的風險與日俱增，為保障申請者、家長及本校師生的健康及安全，本校決定取消原定於2020年3月21日舉行的中一自行收生面試。

本校會按經修訂的收生準則及比重，進行甄選。收生準則修訂如下：

校內學業成績及教育局提供的成績次第排名 60%

操行 30%　（達 B 級或以上）

課外活動表現服務及獎項 10%

面試評分取消

本校完成甄選後，正取生會於 2020 年 4 月 7日(二)或以後，收到校方的書面及電話通知。若學生的聯絡地址和電話有更改，敬請聯絡本校更新資料。有關的通知不包括備取生及落選學生，亦並非正式的派位結果。根據教育局指引，中一自行分配學位的申請結果將於 2020 年 7 月 7日(二) 與統一派位結果一併公布，家長無須向學校查詢。

  因應新型冠狀病毒感染疫情的發展，教育局宣布全港學校延長停課至復活節假期結束，即最早於4月20日復課。本校原定於2月29日舉行的中一級自行分配學位面試，徵得校董會同意之下，決定取消面試安排。新的收生準則及比重，將修訂如下，學校定當恪守公平、公正原則進行甄選。

Interviews for S1 Discretionary Places (2020-21)

The Interviews for S1 Discretionary Places are rescheduled for 28 March 2020, right after the
commencement of the HKDSE examination, and our precautionary measures are mostly similar to those
of the HKDSE examination. We have already stepped up cleaning of the school premises to ensure a clean
and hygienic environment. Please be assured that we shall take appropriate precautionary measures.
The following precautionary measures will be taken:
1. All interviewers and candidates are required to put on surgical masks, and are required to sanitize
their hands with alcohol sanitizers before entering the interview venues;
2. Body temperature screening will be set up at the entrance to the interview venues. Candidates
with body temperature at or above 38C are required to leave the interview venues;
3. The distance between the interviewers and the candidate will be 1.8 metres;
4. Candidates in quarantine and unable to attend the interviews should inform the School as soon as
possible;
5. Candidates refusing to cooperate may be disqualified.
Selected candidates will receive invitations to the interviews one week in advance of 28 March 2020.
